锻造设备大修理技术标准

1.适用范围

本标准规定了锻造设备大修理时应达到的技术要求。

本标准适用于东风汽车公司锻造设备的大修。

2.一般要求

2.1装配到设备上的零、部件(包括外购件)均应符合图纸、技术文件上规定的技术要求,并具有检验部门的质量检验合格证,不允许使用不合格的零、部件或未经质量检验部门验收的零、部件。

装配前对零件的主要配合(特别是过盈配合)尺寸和表面粗糙度应进行复检、确认无误后方可装配。

2.2装配前应将所有零件清洗干净,清楚零、部件上的飞边、毛刺、锈斑、损伤等。油沟的边缘应修成光滑的圆角。丝杠螺纹的起始端厚度应>1 mm,<1 mm的部分应修去。

2.3滑动轴承工作面,在装配轴之前应均匀涂抹润滑油;滚动轴承在装配前,应在滚道腔内抹2/3的润滑油。

2.4部件在转配后应再经过清洗,装配好的部件内不允许有残留的棉丝、各种碎屑、机械杂质和油泥等赃物。

2.5不在地面上操纵或维修的设备应有必要的阶梯和操作走台装置,如有损坏应予修复。

2.6设备的安全装置应修理完善,如原有安全装置有缺陷,修理时应加以改进。

2.7设备的附属装置应与设备同时维修和进行运转试验,并达到使用的性能要求。

2.8设备上的润滑、操纵和安全装置的各种标牌和标志应保持清晰,损坏和丢失的应予以修复和更换。

3.机械装配的质量要求

Quality Requirements on Machine Assembling

3.1重要的固定结合面应紧密结合,用0.05 mm的塞尺进行检验,只允许塞尺局部插入,插入深度一般不应超过厚度的20%,可插入部分累计不得超过可检长度的10%。Important fixation combined surface should be tight coupled. When tested by 0.05 mm feeler gauge, only part of gauge can insert and the insertion depth less than 20%of thickness should be guaranteed. Sum of insert section cannot exceeding 10%of checked length.

3.2轴承外圈与轴承座之间不允许有间隙,更不允许加垫,轴承盖用螺栓均匀把紧后用塞尺检查,压盖止口处应有间隙。

Gap is not acceptable between bearing outer ring & support, spacers are also not allowed. Using feeler gauge to check whether bearing cover bolts are tighten uniform or not. Gap in gland mouth pad should be remained.

3.3滑动轴承工作面尺寸精度及几何精度符合图纸要求,配合间隙为(0.0002~0.0014)d(d 为轴直径)。

Dimensional accuracy & geometric accuracy of sliding bearing working surface conform to requirements of drawings, fit clearance is within (0.0002~0.0014)d, where d is diameter of axles.

3.4导轨的两配合件的配合面都是用机械加工法加工的,用涂色法检验,应接触均匀。接触面积的累计数值在导轨全长上应≥70%,在导轨的宽度上应≥50%。

The fitting surfaces of two mating parts of guide rail are all processed by machining and make sure contact uniformly by coating inspection. The cumulative values of contact area should be larger than 70%of length of guide rail & 50%in width of guide rail.

3.5对开放滑动轴承两配合件的配合面在装配压紧后,用敲击法检查接触情况,允许非受力面局部不接触。

Checking contact conditions by knocking for fitting surfaces of mating parts of open sliding bearings. Partial non-contact is acceptable on the non-bearing surface.

3.6整体式滑动轴承外径按轴承座孔的实际尺寸再加0.05~0.10 mm过盈量,用冷装法装入轴承座内。

The magnitude of interference is 0.05~0.10 mm depending on actual dimension of bearing saddle bore for external diameter of integral sliding bearing. Bearing should be installed into bearing support by cold charging method.

3.7零件经修理后,按图纸或其它技术文件的规定必须加补偿片或垫圈时,其数量不得超过一个,所加垫片或垫圈必须平行对称,不允许用有斜度的垫片或垫圈。对开式滑动轴承不允许加调整垫片。

The number of spacers or joint rings cannot exceed by one for parts after repaired. Compensating plates & joint rings can only be used when drawings or other relevant technical documents are required. All installed spacers & joint rings must parallel & symmetrical. Any spacers or joint rings with slopes and adjusting shims in open sliding bearings are forbidden to use.

3.8偏心轴与离合器轮毂的配合表面的接触面积不小于80%,重要连接部件的钩头楔键配研后,上、下接触表面面积应不少于总接触面积的80%。

The contact area of fitting face between eccentric shaft & clutch hub should be larger than 80%. The contact area between upper & lower contacted surface of important parts after gib-head taper keys are facing-up should be larger than 80%.

3.9分开式连杆的连杆螺栓用加热法装配,预紧螺栓应均匀紧固,紧固后的固定结合面应紧密贴合。

Connecting bolts of split connecting rod should be installed by hot fitting method. Prestressed bolts must be fastening uniformly, and the fixed joint after fastening should be fitted tightly.

3.10直齿啮合齿轮的轴向错位不得超过附表1的数值。

The axial misalignment of spur meshing gears cannot exceed values according to Table 1.

3.11更换转速较高的零件按图纸或工艺规程进行平衡试验。线速度超过20 m/s的高速旋转
