校团委副书记张玉丽、医学人文学院党总支副书记宋彦出席大赛并为获奖选手颁奖。
本次比赛共分为已备演讲、幻影之音、歌舞青春三个环节。
第一环节，十支代表队各派一名代表结合当今社会热点问题、网络流行语、大学生活等话题自拟题目进行英语演讲；第二环节，每队自行截取三分钟的电影片段，并进行分角色英语配音；第三环节，参赛队伍采用话剧、小品、歌舞剧等形式，用英语演绎了当代大学生的青春风采。
比赛过程中，选手们地道的口语表达，惟妙惟肖的电影配音，绘声绘色的英语表演引来在场观众的阵阵掌声，场外观众也通过微博互动的方式为自己支持的队伍加油助威。
经过激烈角逐，医学人文学院第二代表队、药学院代表队力压群雄，荣获本次大赛一等奖；护理学院代表队、医学人文学院第一代表队、基础学院第一代表队荣获二等奖；卫生管理学院代表队、特殊教育学院代表队、中西医结合学院代表队、口腔学院代表队、基础学院第二代表队获得三等奖。

本次比赛共分为三个环节。
第一环节是各位选手进行自我介绍。
第二轮是个人风采展示，在这个环节中每位选手选择一个自己感兴趣的话题展开演讲。
经过前两轮的激烈角逐，有三位选手进入第三个环节“秀出自我”，三位选手分别进行了精彩的即兴演讲。
