The inspecting system aim is the detection of the containers which, after cleaning, sterilizing, filling and closing processes, hold inside “visible” particulate matter potentially dangerous 使用检测系统的目的是要对已经完成清洗、灭菌，灌装及 封盖等程序的容器，检查容器内是否带有潜在危险性的 “可见”颗粒。
This method consists in comparing the manual inspection results with machine inspection results
A test-set, usually including 250 containers, is to be arranged. Some of these containers must include foreign particles, the others should be taken randomly from production.

In order to detect the particles it is necessary to put in rotation the container at a speed suitable to allow them to be in motion Terminate the rotation the vision system detects a sequence of images. The software elaborate them in order to identify possible moving foreign particles When the elaboration is completed, the system accepts or rejects the product. The elaboration is given directly by the camera without passing through a computer

Intelligent cameras 36 images for each inspected container. The camera , through a dedicated software, inspect the images and send the good/reject input to the sorting unit. Unlike our competitors we do not use the computer for analysis, thus ensuring regular inspecting times and a heavy-duty system
