Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is（换成英文名）, I come from class 1, grade 7. "Never give up" is the theme of my speech

You might think it seems hard to believe. You may be successful one day after years of hard work. When you see back, you may find that you have overcome lots of problems. And you never give up, even if there are more difficult things waiting for you. You just face them bravely, and you win.

As we all know, Thomas Edison invents the light bulb. Edison failed more than 1000 times. Although somebody laughed at him. He still answered: I don't fail; because you won’t know how far success is far from you.

Beethoven, a great composer, began to lose his hearing in 1801 and was entirely deaf by 1819. However, he still kept writing his music. He wrote time and time again, sometimes he even tried more than one hundred times. Though he lost his hearing, he never gave up writing his music. He wrote day and night, again and again. In the end, he became successful and famous. His music was the biggest surprise for listeners around the world。

One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is common for us to meet failures in our lives, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to learn a lesson from it. Another reason is that we can find our mistakes. If we do not try again, we never know why we fail. Finally, when we try to achieve our goals, we can enjoy the joy of success, which can help us succeed in other areas of life. If we do not challenge ourselves, we will begin to doubt our own abilities.

In a word, when we have a dream, do not give up. Even if we did not succeed, we will still learn something. What we learn will help us become better, and more confident. What’s more, if we give, we will never know what we can do. Work hard, there is always the chance of success is always there for us if we are ready for it.
