概述FN5-12R(L)型户内交流高压负荷开关-熔断器组合电器是我厂吸收消化国外先进技术,结合我国的供电要求,自行设计研制而成的。
该产品经全面型式实验和长期的试运行考核、性能达到IEC420《交流高压负荷开关-熔断器组合电器》(1990版)和GB3804 《3-63KV交流高压负荷开关》标准要求,与国外同类产品比较,技术参数已达到同类产品水平,具有体积小、重量轻,可用于环网柜和箱式变电站,广泛应用于12KV线路的电能分配,并有效地避免了设备的缺相运行。
该产品的研制成功填补了国内空白,可实现开关、隔离和接地三工位。

一、概述
AY-JKQ-VI高压开关集成控制器专用于高压开关的自动化控制,它采用全优化设计,信号和负载之间采用光电隔离、继电器隔离,具有使用安全可靠,抗干扰能力强,性能稳定、安装使用方便等特点。
控制器内部具有温湿度控制,可有效防止因低温、高温造成的设备故障,以及受潮或凝露引起的爬电、闪络事故的发生,更加符合智能电网的要求,本产品为西安奥宇电器设备有限公司高压开关控制器的升级换代产品。

KGS1矿用一般型手车式高压真空开关柜使用说明书进线OXD.463.001无锡市新一代电力电器有限公司2001年5月1 概述1.1 适用范围KGS1矿用一般型手车式高压真空开关柜(以下简称开关柜)适用于煤矿井下无瓦斯、煤尘爆炸危险场所,对额定电压为6(7.2)kV或10(12)kV,额定电流至630A或1250A的三相交流高压供电系统中作为电能的接受和分配,电机及其它电气设备的起动、控制和保护的开关设备。
本开关柜同样适用于高层建筑、大型仓库、厂矿、港口、冶金、化工、油田及煤矿地面变电所、洗煤厂等配电系统。
2 正常工作条件a)海拔高度不超过2500m;b)环境温度为-5℃~40℃;c)周围空气相对湿度不大于95%(在25℃时);d)在没有火灾、爆炸危险、严重污秽、化学腐蚀和剧烈震动的场所;e)允许在-30℃时储运。

5.2 产品结构5.2.1 开关柜的柜体、门及盖板均采用优质薄钢板冷弯成型、表面喷塑或烤漆。
门、盖板与柜体之间用专门制作的密封条密封,外壳防护等级为IP54,符合GB12173《矿用一般型电气设备》标准的规定。
5.2.2 开关柜柜体中间用隔板将柜体分为手车室、电缆室和母线室。
手车室装有手车、高压插座、触头盒、旋转导轨,手车上方装有可移动至柜外的继电器安装板,仪表室的门上装有指示仪表、信号灯、控制开关、按钮、高压带电显示器,下门装有手动合闸按钮、手动机械分闸按钮和分合闸机械指示器观察孔。
电缆室装有高压传感器、电流互感器、电缆接线端子,可根据需要装设接地开关。
母线室内装有分支母线及贯穿母线支柱绝缘子。
(注:双层手车高压真空开关柜的母线室为上、下层回路共用,有利于降低开关柜高度。

Zero Switching For resistive, inductive and capacitive loadsUpon application of the control volt-age, the SSR’s output is activated at the first zero crossing of the line voltage. The response time is less than a half period, i.e. typically less than 8.33 ms. Also offered with an optional system monitoring function and current sensing function, as shown in the lower right. Due to the high surge current and blocking voltage capabilities, SSRs of this switching type will also perform successfully with most inductive and capacitive loads. They are the most commonly used SSRs in plastics mold-ing machinery, packaging machines, soldering equipment and machinery for the food processing industry.Instant-onSwitchingFor inductive loadsThe SSR output is activated imme-diately after applying control voltage. Consequently, this relay can turn on anywhere along the AC sinusoidal volt-age curve. Response times can typically be as low as 1 ms.The SSR is particularly suitable in applications where a fast response time is desired, such as solenoids or coils.Analog SwitchingFor resistive loads Since the 4-20mA or 0-10VDC controlinput of the analog relay can be varied, the output operates in accordance with the phase control principle. The relay is equipped with a built-in synchronization circuit in order to achieve phase angle control. The output is proportional to the input signal. The transfer functionis linearized and reproducible. These SSRs are highly advantageous in closed loop applications or where soft starting can limit high inrush currents. Ideal for use in switching quartz heaters or in applications which demand precise temperature control.Analog Full CycleSwitchingFor resistive loadsWith this particular switching prin-ciple, the SSR provides a number of fullcycles, evenly distributed over a fixedtime period, depending on the controlinput (either 4-20mA or 0-10VDC)— with the low value of the input cor-responding to zero and the high value ofthe input to a full output with a period of1.28 seconds.Typical applications include: Analogcontrol of heating elements with manualor automatic controllers with 4-20mAor 0-10VDC control signal. Typical conditions that canbe detected include: heater break, opencircuit, partial heater short circuit, blownfuse, semiconductor short circuit andfaulty power connection. Integral currentsensing eliminates the need for additionalexternal equipment. “TEACH-IN” set pointis achieved by pushbutton or remotelywhere an HMI is preferred.As shown above, the PNP alarmoutput provides a series of pulses whichidentify the specific type of fault detected.Interfacing to a PLC can provide a clearindication of fault. An NPN alarm outputis also available.Peak SwitchingFor heavyinductive loadsThe peak switching SSR isdesigned in a way that the poweroutput is activated at the first peakof the line voltage upon applicationof the control voltage. After thefirst half period, the Peak SwitchingSSR operates as an ordinary ZeroSwitching SSR. The peak of theinrush current could hereafter bereduced during the first half periodfor inductive loads. 高压柜操作规程说明及相应闭锁说明第一部分:24KV大电流柜操作说明24KV大电流柜主要由断路器与隔离刀闸组成,其中断路器与刀闸之间存在机械与电气上的闭锁。
1)当出口断路器处于合闸时电气闭锁及机械闭锁同时起作用,使隔离刀闸合闸回路与手动合闸功能不能实现,只有在出口断路器在分闸状态下隔离刀闸才可合闸。
目的是为了使在带电的情况下误合隔离刀闸。
2)当隔离刀闸在分位时出口断路器不能合闸,此时电气闭锁起作用,只有当隔离刀闸处于合位时出口断路器才可合闸。
3)如果母线带电时,开关柜前门电磁锁便锁止,此时工作人员不能进入带电隔离,只到停电后电磁锁自动解锁后方可进入柜内。
24KV发电机进出线柜送电操作步骤如下,以下只讲现场操作,至于后台远方操作只需将现场控制面板处转换开关打到远方位置即可,1)确认发电机出线柜控制面板转换处于就地位置。
2)按下控制面板上的《隔离开关开》按钮,使隔离刀闸完成电动合闸。
3)将《开关状态显示仪》上的分合闸旋钮顺时针打下90°,使出口断路器完成电动合闸,此时储能电机释放弹力后开始自动电动储能,储能结束后为下一次合闸作号了准备。
此时即完成了发电机的送电。
24KV发电机进出线柜断电操作步骤如下,1)将《开关状态显示仪》上的分合闸旋钮逆时针旋转90°,使隔离刀闸实现电动分闸。
2)再将控制面板上的《隔离刀闸分》按钮按下,此时隔离刀闸电动分闸。
如此便完成了发电机线路的断电。
注意:需要说明的事,当隔离刀闸在操作过程中有紧急状况时请按下《隔离开关操作急停》按钮,按下该按钮后隔离刀闸合闸回路将会被切断掉。
第二部分:13.8KV高压柜操作说明13.8KV柜在本段中总共有4台,电流互感器,隔离手车,熔断器组成,主要功能是向现场保护装置与后台传输现场保护信号,测量信号及接地信号。
虽然结构简单,但却也有电气闭锁来实行五防保护。
当隔离手车处于工作位置时(即摇进位置),后门受电磁锁工作影响,此时应开不了后门,只有在隔离手车处于试验位置时(即摇出位置)。

高压开关柜操作手册一、高压开关柜简述高压金属封闭开关设备是由柜体和手车两大部分构成。
柜体由金属隔板分隔成四个独立的隔室:母线室、断路器手车室、电缆室和继电器仪表室。
手车根据用途分为断路器手车、计量手车、隔离手车等,同参数规格的手车可以自由互换,手车在柜内有试验位置和工作位置,每一位置都分别有到位装置,以保证联锁可靠。
高压开关柜有安全可靠的连锁装置,能满足“五防”要求:(1 防止误操作断路器;2 防止带负荷拉合隔离开关,即防止带负荷推拉小车;3 防止带电挂接地线,即防止带电合接地开关;4 防止带接地线送电,即防止接地开关处于接地位置时送电;5 防止误入带电间隔)a)断路器手车在试验或工作位置时,断路器才能进行合分操作,且在断路器合闸后,手车无法移动,防止了带负荷误拉、推断路器。
b)仅当接地关处于分闸位置时,断路器手车才能从试验位置移至工作位置,仅当断路器手车处于试验位置时,接地开关才能进行合闸操作,实现了防止带电误合接地开关及防止接地开关处于闭合位置时关合断路器。
C)接地开关处在分闸位置时,下门及后门都无法打开,防止了误入带电间隔。
d)断路器在工作位置时,二次插头被锁定不能拔出。
为保证安全及各联锁装置可靠不至损坏,必须按联锁防误操作程序进行操作。
二、主电源柜送电操作程序1) 关闭所有柜门及后封板,并锁好。
2) 推上转运小车并使其定位,把断路器手车推入柜内并使其在试验位置定位, (推断路器时需把断路器两推拉把手往中间压,同时用力往前推(往柜内推),断路器到达试验位置后,放开推拉把手,把手应自动复位。
)手动插上航空插,关上手车室门并锁好。
3) 观察上柜门各仪表、信号指示是否正常。
(正常时综合继保电源灯亮,断路器分闸指示灯和储能指示灯亮,如所有指示灯均不亮,则打开上柜门,确认各母线电源开关是否合上,如已合上各指示灯仍不亮,则需检修控制回路。
)4) 将断路器手车摇柄插入摇柄插口并用力压下,顺时针转动摇柄,约20圈,在摇柄明显受阻并伴有“咔嗒”声时取下摇柄,此时手车处于工作位置,航空插头被锁定,断路器手车主回路接通,查看相关信号。

--- 27.5系列户外高压隔离开关使用说明书铁道部电气化工程局保定铁道变压器厂中国河北保定1、产品主要用途GW-27.5系列户外高压隔离开关是根据GB1985-1989《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关》(该标准等效于IEC129和IEC694)及铁道部门的特殊要求设计的户外高压电器,供电气化铁道变电所及接触网在有电压无负荷时分合线路之用,也可开断小电容电流时用(GW-27.5X型消弧开关的作用)。
本产品采用单绝缘子转动,可配用CS11G或CS8-6D(接地)手动操作机构,也可配用CJ2-XI型电动操作机构。
2. 型号说明KA)A)kV)3、基本使用条件3.1海拔高度不超过2500米(高原型不超过3000米);3.2周围环境温度不高于+65℃,不低于-4565℃;3.3风速不超过35m/s;3.4适用于当量附盐密度不大于0.35mg/cm2污秽等级;3.5安装场所应无频繁的剧烈震动;3.6不适用于有易燃物质、爆炸危险、化学腐蚀的场所使用。
4、技术参数本隔离开关满足国家标准GB1985-1989《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关》的规定,技术参数如下表:5、结构及工作原理5.1结构GW-27.5/1250型系列隔离开关为单柱水平旋转式,本体(不包括机构)分为底架、支柱绝缘子、导电回路、也可加装接地刀和快速灭弧装置。
底架的主体为一根槽钢,两个支柱绝缘子安装在底架两端,其中转动支柱绝缘子上装有铸铁轴承座,轴承座内加装了圆锥滚子轴承,使开关本体动作时更加灵活。
支柱绝缘子采用环氧树脂的复合材料,具有重量轻、不易碰损伤等特点,有效降低了开关本体的重量,减轻了安装时的劳动强度,利用单绝缘子的水平转动,减少了传动过程,并使导电部分真正达到了面接触。
导电回路装设在绝缘子上端,由出线罩、隔离刀、快速灭弧装置、出线板、接地装置组成。
出线罩转动部分采用软连接,增强了开关的导电性,隔离刀为两块紫铜板,固定在可转动的支柱绝缘子上端。
