氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

【摘 要】 目的 评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片（黛力新）联合质子泵抑制剂及促胃动力药治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑 抑郁症患者的近期疗效及不良反应。 方法 将 88 例功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁症患者随机分为两组，对照组 28 例予 以雷贝拉唑及多潘立酮治疗；实验组 60 例在对照组治疗基础上加用黛力新 ，共治疗 4 周。观察治疗前后胃肠道症状评定 量表（GSRS）、医院焦 虑 抑 郁 量 表 （HADS）的 评 分 变 化 及 不 良 反 应 。 结 果 两 组 治 疗 前 GSRS 及 HADS 评 分 比 较 ，差 异 无 统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗 4 周后，实验组 GSRS 及 HADS 评分较对 照组降低，差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）。实验组显效 30 例（50.0%），有效 28 例（46.7%），无效 2 例（3.3%），总有效率为 96.7%；对照组显效 0 例 （0.0%），有效 10 例（35.7%），无 效 18 例（64.3%），总有效 率 为 35.7%。实 验 组 的 总 有 效 率 较 对 照 组 高 ，差 异 有 统 计 学 意 义 （P=0.000）。88 例 患 者 均 无 严 重 不良反应发生。 结论 黛力新联合质子泵抑制剂及促胃动力药治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁症的近期疗效显著，且无 明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the short term effect and adverse reactions of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets （Deanxit） combined with proton pump inhibitors and gastrokinetic agents combined in treating functional dyspepsia （FD） complicating anxiety and depression. Methods 88 cases of FD complicating anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n=28） was treated with rabeprazole and motilium. The test group（n=60） was added with Deanxit on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The score changes of the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale（GSRS） and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale（HADS） and the adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of GSRS and HADS before treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups，but the scores of GSRS and HADS after 4-week treatment in the test group were decreased as compared with the control group with statistical difference（P=0.00）. 30 cases（50.0%） in the test group were markedly effective，28 cases（46.7%） were effective and 2 cases（3.3%） were ineffective，with the total effective rate of 96.7%. In the control group，0 case（0.0%） was markedly effective，10 cases（35.7%） were effective and 18 cases （64.3%） were ineffective，with the total effective rate of 35.7%. The markedly effective rate and and the total effective rate in the test group were higher than those in the con trol group with statistical difference （P=0.00）. All 88 cases had no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Deanxit combined with proton pump inhibitors and gastrokinetic agents in treating FD complicating anxiety and depression has obvious short term effects without significant adverse reactions，which is worthy of clinical generalization.
