临床上NSCLC 的三维治疗计划系统(3DTPS) 中, 常采用V20作为评价治疗计划的参 数: V20<25%时, 一般认为治疗计划可以接 受; V20为 25%~35%时, 需要对治疗计划进 行修改使 V20降低; V20>35%, 则应放弃所设
多个剂量参数与急性放射性肺炎发生的危 险性增加相关,包括肺平均受量及接受一定 剂量的体积的百分比。
肺平均受量>8.5Gy者或增加1Gy 时,V20每增加1%时、V30每增加 1%时或V40每增加1%时均是放射性 肺炎发生率显著升高的相关因素。
肺平均受量每增加1Gy,则放射性 肺炎发生的风险增加16.2%。
