幼儿教师职业压力与幸福感的相关研究

摘要目的随着社会的发展,幼儿教育事业也在不断的发展,现今幼儿教师这一角色越来越被社会重视,随之而来的与其相关的职业压力、幸福感等问题越来越被社会所关注。

幼儿教师的幸福程度是其工作态度好坏、工作质量高低的决定性因素;幼儿教师幸福感水平越高,他们的心理健康水平越高,这间接影响着儿童的身心健康,甚至会对幼儿的一生造成重大影响。为了祖国的下一代,也为了我国的幼儿教育事业,如何让幼儿教师的获得幸福感应该受到社会的重视。

方法本研究以沧州市的幼儿教师为研究对象,并对其发放问卷,回收处理后得到

128份有效问卷,使用数据统计最常用的IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0软件来统计、分

析。

结果根据数据分析获得目前幼儿教师职业压力和幸福感的实际情况,进而发现两

者之间的关联:

1、幼儿教师的职业压力是中等偏低的水平。

2、幼儿教师的压力感主要来自三个方面:社会、幼儿园管理和幼儿教师。

3、幼儿教师的幸福感是中等偏高的水平。

4、幼儿教师的职业压力与幸福感呈负相关的关系。

结论根据调查结果,本文从社会、幼儿园和个人三方面提出建议。

Abstract Objective With the developing of the society, the preschool education is also developing. Kindergartional teacher is more and more important role in the current society.It is associated with professional pressure and happiness, in addition ,such as the well-being of the problem more and more.

Happiness is decisive factors in the early childhood teachers’ attitude that the work is good or bad and quality of work. The well-being of preschool teachers become good, leading the higher the level of their psychological health indirectly influences the health of children's mental and physical health, even serious effect of children's lives. To the next generation of the motherland and early childhood education, preschool teachers should be emphasized the importance of the society.

Methods In this study, Cangzhou kindergarden teachers are model and give them questionnaire in the process of the search,and the effective portion 128 is obtained after the recovery,This study uses IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 software for data statistics and analysis.

Results According to the data analysis and the actual situation of the occupational stress and well-being of preschool teachers, it is possible to find the relationship between the occupational stree and happiness of kindergarten teachers:

First ,the pressure level of the early childhood teacher is medium to low.

Second ,the stress of preschool teachers is from three areas mainly: the society and management of kindergarten ,besides, preschool teachers.

Third ,the level of well-being of preschool teachers is on the high side.

Finally ,the occupational pressure and sense of well-being of teachers is a typical negative correlation relationship.

Conclusion As a result of the survey, this paper makes suggestions from the social,preshchool teachers and kindergarten.
