一次成型地面施工措施

一、construction brief

施工概况

According to change order, concrete layer of water process room and civil defense in R&D should be polished at one time.

根据设计变更要求，研发楼水处理间及人防地面混凝土一次性压光，采用混凝土地面一次成型施工工艺。

二、difficulties

难点

1、starting time is December 20 which is the coldest time in winter. Insulation and concrete curing are the most difficulty points.

开始施工地面时间为12月20日，进入冬期施工的最冷时期，保温及混凝土养护将是地面施工的最大难点。

2、the pouring area is too large.

面积大开间大为施工难点。

3、after pouring one-time-finished floor, there are still much process on floor, so protection is another difficulty.

一次成型地面完成后，在地面上的施工工序还有较多，成品保护将是又一难点。

三、process flowchart

工艺流程

Bind rebar →set barricades and colorful cloth →heat →set lines for wall →set angle steel in drain trench →make grey model →pour concrete →level concrete →polish →cure.

钢筋绑扎→维护架搭设及彩条布围护→采暖→墙体位置放线→排水沟按放角钢→做灰饼→浇筑混凝土→混凝土刮平→抹面层压光→养护。

1、bind rebar bind rebar in accordance with structural drawing. Rebar at drain trench should be at right elevation and location.

钢筋绑扎根据结构图纸按要求绑扎钢筋，注意排水沟位置的钢筋绑扎必须标高位置准确。

2、set barricades and colorful cloth in water process room, set steel tube frame 1m away lines. The downside 3m should use double scaffold, upper side should use single layer. Hang colorful cloth after setting steel tube scaffold. Colorful cloth should be dense and no room. Set steel tube at exits. Details on attachment drawing.

维护架搭设及彩条布围护在水处理间四周离开边线1米，搭设钢管立架。下面3米采用双排架上面单排至混凝土顶面。钢管架搭设完毕后满挂彩条布，彩条布接分密实，无隙缝。并在出入口处设置钢管压条。具体搭设方法见附图。

3、heat heating of water process room should use fire. After

setting colorful cloth, dispose 10 simple ovens in water process room, using coal and assign responsible people to watch. If fire smaller, people should add coal in time to prevent temperature falling. Set thermometer in water process room, pour concrete when temperature above 5℃. Keep temperature increasing in 7 days after pouring concrete. If it still can’t meet requirement for temperature using 10 ovens, add more according to actual condition on site.

采暖水处理间位置采暖采用炉火升温。在彩条布维护完成后在水处理间位置布置十个简易火炉，使用煤为燃料，专人看护，在炉火变暗时及时加入燃料，防止温度下降。在水处理间位置设置温度计，气温大于5度时开始浇筑混凝土，并在混凝土浇筑完7天内保持加温。如十个炉子升温后无法达到要求的施工温度，根据现场情况增加炉子数量直到满足温度要求为止。

4、set lines for wall set trench lines, boundary lines and wall lines according to construction drawing. But the wall lines should be in accordance with actual drawing, and 30mm smaller than wall lines. Construction joint should be under wall of secondary structure to avoid smoothing caused by error of construction joint.

墙体位置放线根据施工图纸按要求测放出地沟位置线，高低跨分隔线，墙位置线。墙位置线根据实际图纸为准，拦边时应比墙线小30mm，使施工缝位置在二次结构墙体下面，避免以后因施工缝
