全国《高等学校英语应用能力考试》口试大纲——高等学校英语应用能力考试委员会本考试是“高等学校英语应用能力考试”附设的口语能力考试,由高等学校英语应用能力考试委员会设计、命题和提供评分标准,各省、市教育主管部门主持、管理和实施。
一、考试简介1.1考试对象和报考条件“高等学校英语应用能力考试口语考试”(以下简称“口试”)的报考条件是在校的高职高专学生。
1.2考试形式口试采用计算机辅助形式在多媒体教室进行。
根据多媒体教室的大小,每场考试可以有数十名考生同时参加。
考试不设主考,只设监考,试题(包括其指示说明)全部集成在本口语考试专用的软件系统中。
考生根据软件系统屏幕和语音提示和问题直接以口头方式回答,并通过麦克风实时录制到系统中。
整个考试过程约为17分钟,实际考试的时间为13到15分钟;考生回答问题的实际时间累计约为7分钟。
在正式考试开始之前,考生有1分30秒回答“热身”问题,目的是让考生熟悉、适应考场环境和考试方式,消除考生的紧张感,帮助他们进入良好的应考状态。

“高等学校英语应用能力考试(口试)”试行方案一、口试目的检测高职高专学生使用英语口语进行一般口头交际和一般口头业务交际的能力。
二、口试性质本门口试是依据《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》设定的“高等学校英语应用能力考试”的口试部分、考生自愿报名参加。
三、口试方式在电脑多媒体教室中采用人机对话形式施考。
四、口试内容考生在日常交际与未来工作中进行业务交际需要的实用性口头语言,以后者为重点。
五、口试对象学完学校规定的英语课程的高职高专学生。
报名资格由省(市、自治区)教学主管部门确定(例如,是否根据“高等学校英语应用能力考试”笔试成绩设定报名资格线)。
六、口试考务1)由省(市、自治区)教学主管部门决定是否试行、并主持本省(市、自治区)考试的实施和证书的发放。

附件一:“高等学校英语应用能力考试(口试)”简介高等学校英语应用能力考试口语考试一、考试简介1.1 考试对象和报考条件高等学校英语应用能力考试口语考试的报考条件是在校本、专科学生。
1.2 考试形式高等学校英语应用能力考试口语考试将在语言实验室进行,每场考试都有20~30名考生同时参加。
考试不设主考,试题(包括其指示说明)全部录在事先准备好的考试录音带上,考生回答问题也是直接口头回答并通过麦克风录制在考生录音带上。
此外,考生在落座之后还会拿到一本包括Part I 以及Part IV题目的试题本。
整个考试全部过程约为16分钟,实际考试时间为14分钟,考生答题录到录音带上的答案录音累计时间约为9分钟左右。
在正式考试开始之前,考生有2分钟的“热身”练习。
内容包括核实考生身份(由考生通过麦克风把自己的准考证号录入考生录音带),并让考生回答5个诸如天气、家庭、学习、个人兴趣等方面的问题。
该练习采取由主控台播放题目录音、考生根据问题回答的形式,目的是让考生熟悉并适应考场环境及考试方式,消除考生的紧张感,进入良好的应考状态。
