情侣主题酒店的布局、特征及影响因素刍议——以上海市为

摘要:随着社会经济的不断发展,酒店业近几年的发展突飞猛进,大街上各式各样的酒店、层出不穷,所以怎样能在如此激烈地竞争之中脱颖而出,占领市场份额,是我们需要解决的问题。我们认为,情侣酒店解决这一问题的关键之处在于抓住消费者的心理,并以酒店舒适、温馨、浪漫的整体环境与氛围,优质的服务吸引消费者,外加一些精微的细节之处为情侣之间准备特色的服务,增进情侣之间的感情,以达到双赢的目的,使情侣高兴而来,满意而归,使情侣酒店业务不断的推广扩大。据调查,现在的情侣较对理想的就餐环境的要求是:有情调、舒适、价格合理、物有所值。而当今市面上的此类酒店有的价格偏高,无法到达大众所能接受的程度,因此门庭冷落,不得不面临倒闭;有的为追求低价位吸引消费者,使得菜品质量与酒店的整体环境下降,情侣去之后的感觉是庸俗、没有情调、没有品位、显得很廉价,这样情侣酒店的存在反而失去了意义。而这些正是我们所注意到的,我们的成功之处在于能够充分权衡“价位”与“品位”,真正意义上达到物有所值。而情侣选择我们的原因不仅是价位与品味,还有我们优质的菜品及完全人性化的服务,这也是我们的高明之处。调查表明,在北京、上海、深圳等较发达地区已经有“情侣酒店”这一创意,并已投入市场运营,且发展效果较好。但在内陆的地区,尤其是尚在发展中但极具投资潜力的大中型城市(如西安),此类以情侣为主题的酒店还尚未成型发展,针对这一酒店行业的空白,借鉴发达地区的情侣酒店的成功经验,在一级城市,并最终以二级城市为主打,发展情侣酒店这一产业,发展我们自己的特色,只要抓住年轻人的小资心理与骨子中投射出的浪漫与时尚另类,发展我们自己的特色,我们相信是极有可能成功的。

And on the market today such hotel some price on the high side, cannot reach the masses can accept degree, therefore the staffer, faced collapse; Some in the pursuit of low prices to attract consumers, making the food quality and a decline in the general environment of the hotel, couples go after feeling is vulgar, no emotional appeal, no taste, seem to be very cheap, the existence of such couples hotel has lost its meaning. Which is just what we noticed, our success lies in can fully weigh the "price" and "taste", in the true sense to value. And couples choose our reason is not only the price and taste, and our high quality dishes and completely personalized service, this is also our genius. Investigation showed that the more developed regions such as Beijing, Shanghai and shenzhen have "lovers hotel" the idea, and has set up a market operation, and development effect is better. But in inland areas, especially in the developing but extremely has the investment potential of large and medium-sized cities such as xi 'an, such as a couple as the theme of the hotel also has not yet been molding development, aiming at the blank of the hotel industry, draw lessons from the successful experience of the developed areas of lovers hotel, in the level of city, and finally is given priority to with secondary cities, this couple hotel industry, develop our own characteristics, want to hold the small endowment of the young psychology and frame the cic alternative injection of romance and fashion, develop our own characteristics, we believe that is is likely to be successful.
