摘要

随着知识经济时代的到来,知识型员工在饭店发展中的作用越来越引人瞩目。饭店的发展也越来越依靠知识型员工。知识型员工由于具有专业技能高、自主性强、重视自我实现、追求挑战等特点,使得他们对饭店的忠诚度一般较低,工作稳定性差。饭店知识型员工离职的原因包括趋利型离职、成就型离职、现实型离职、调整型离职四个方面,饭店员工的高离职率已对饭店的经营与发展带来了严重影响。从发挥领导者的作用、发挥管理机制的作用、发挥激励机制的作用、发挥良好企业文化的作用四个方面探讨降低饭店知识型员工高离职率的对策是解决问题的必要途径。

Abstract

With the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy, the development of a knowledge-based staff at the hotel, increasing attention. Hotel development is increasingly dependent on knowledge-based staff. Due to high professional skills of the knowledge-based employees and independent nature and importance of self-realization and seeking challenges characteristics enable them to the generally low level of loyalty in the hotel, the poor stability. Hotel staff resigning because knowledge-based profit-separation, separation-achievements, the reality-based separation, four adjustable leave, the hotel staff has a high turnover rate for hotel management and development has brought about a serious impact. From the role of leadership and management mechanism to play the role, to play the role of incentives, to play the role of good corporate culture to explore four aspects of knowledge-based hotel staff to reduce the high turnover rate approach is the essential way to solve the problem.
