浅谈信息技术与英语课的整合
贵州省遵义县三合中学马月丽邮编:563103 随着时代的发展,社会的进步,中国乃至世界的教育都在发生着日新月异的变化。信息技术与学科的整合已经受到越来越多的人的重视,成为教育发展的新趋势。21世纪是知识创新的时代。作为新时代的英语教师,肩负着培养新世纪优秀人才的重任,在英语教学活动中一定要把启发、训练、开发学生的创造性思维摆在首位。英语教师在英语课上如何开发学生的智力、挖掘学生的创新思维、激发学生对英语的学习兴趣,培养学生动脑、动口动手的能力。这不仅要求我们广大英语教师要有渊博的专业知识,而且还要有过硬的信息技术本领。把信息技术的优越性,便捷性、生动性、直观性融入英语教学中去,这样我们的英语教学效果无疑会大大提高。
进入新世纪后,在英语课上运用现代信息技术来教学,目前还具有一定的前瞻性、先进性,能够让课堂充满生机和活力。因为,青少年学生的一个重要的心理特征是:对周围世界具有强烈的好奇心。为了点燃他们创造性思维的火花,激发他们敢于交际的热情,增强他们对英语学习的兴趣。教师要善于运用多媒体系统、计算机软件、音像资料、影视以及教师自己制作的各种课件等等。在英语课堂上创造丰富多彩、生动活泼的学习情景与氛围。充分发挥现代技术的声与像、动与静、远与近、表与里、虚与实相互结合的特点,突出英语学习的形象性和动态感,使学生具有身临其境的感觉,不断激发他们“听”、“说”英语的兴趣,训练他们的“听”、“说”英语的能力,增强他们记忆单词的能力,培养他们的英语口头表达能力,丰富他们的空间想象力,挖掘他们的创造性思维能力等。
笔者在从事仁爱版英语七年级下册的Unit 8 Topic 1的教学过程中,我使用课件来教学生学习这一教学内容,收到了很好的教学效果。我精心设计了“春”、“夏”、“秋”、“冬”四幅季节的图片,还录制了一些每个季节的活动情景,围绕课题设计了的一些问题。首先,把百花盛开、生机盎然的春天的图片点击在大屏幕上,并配上鸟儿的欢叫声,接着,在屏幕上显示:Please guess ! what season is it ?The students answered: “It’s spring .”I went on asking the questions :(1)“What is the weather like in spring ?”
The students answered : “It’s very warm .”follow,another picture come out :The boy is hiking.I asked students :(2)“What is he doing ?”They answered:“He is hiking .”接着,那个男孩的摸仿声音说:It is a good season for hiking .紧接着在大屏幕上出现了赤日高挂、绿树成荫夏天的图片,I asked the students : (1)What season is it ? The students answered : “It is summer .”(2)What is the weather like in summer? The students answered: “It is very hot.”然后,屏幕上显示一幅几个小孩游泳的图片。I asked : What are they doing ? The students answered :“They are swimming .”紧接着屏幕上出现了,那些小孩齐声说:“It is very hot .”It is a good season for swimming .根据那些画面我教学生朗读了那几个句子,操练了那几个句型。练习完了之后,屏幕上出现了硕果累累、落叶遍地的秋天图片,屏幕上出示下面的问题:(1)what season is it ? The students answered :“It is fall. ”(2)What is the weather like in fall ? The students answered : “It is very cool .”接着屏幕上出现了几个人登山的图片,The teacher asked : What are the men doing ? The students answered :“They are climbing mountains .”画面上的人齐声说:It is a good time to climb mountains . I pointed at the words to teach the students practice several times .最后屏幕上出现了水落石出、白雪皑皑的冬天图片。I asked the students (1)What season is it ? The students answered :“It is winter .”I asked the students : How is the weather in winter ?The class answered :“I t is very cold .”I asked the students : “What do you often do in winter ?”The class answered :“We always play with snow and make snowmen in winter.”我让学生反复操练这些对话、短语。我轮番地按下播放键与暂停键,分层次地在荧屏上展示了春天、夏天、秋天、冬天的画面使学生掌握新单词:hiking weather ,spring ,warm, season.我通过录音教学生朗读这些新单词。掌握了下列句型和短语。如:summer, mountain, winter, cold .(1)What’s the weather like in summer ? (2)How is the weather in fall? (3)How is the weather in winter ? (4).We can make snowmen in winter. so on . 我让学生听录音。完成下面表格。(老师问,学生答1——7)
