何为无焰燃烧
• 无焰燃烧的定义
• 煤气与空气在烧嘴内完全均匀混合(预混),实际助燃空气量大于或等于理论空气量, 即空气消耗系数(α≥1),然后进入燃气室或炉膛中进行的燃烧的一种方法。由于燃烧 速度很快,火焰短而透明,无明显轮廓,所以叫无焰燃烧。--主要靠粒子振动传热。
阴燃
• 定义:没有火焰的缓慢燃烧现象称为阴燃 • 很多固体物质,如纸张、锯末、纤维织物 、纤维素板、胶乳橡胶以及某些多孔热固 性塑料等,都有可能发生阴燃,特别是当 它们堆积起来的时候。
