基于功能性行为评估的智力障碍儿童

问题行为干预的个案研究

摘要

智力障碍儿童在认知与沟通能力的发展上普遍受限,在学习和生活中常常面临着不同程度的适应困难,很容易产生不同类型和形式的行为问题。这不仅会妨碍其自身的学习和生活,也会给家长、老师或同伴带来困扰,故不容忽视。因此,行为问题干预在特殊教育领域中一直是一个很重要的议题。

本研究以一名智力障碍儿童为研究对象,采用间接评估、直接观察与功能性分析三种方式对其问题行为进行功能性行为评估,并依据功能性行为评估的结果从前事控制、后果处理、行为训练等方面制定适切的干预策略。本研究采用单一被试实验研究中的A-B-A-B倒返多基线实验设计,基于功能性行为评估制定适切的干预策略,探讨智力障碍儿童问题行为的干预成效,减少或者改变智力障碍儿童的问题行为。得出以下研究结论:

1.功能性行为评估能更加准确地确定智力障碍儿童问题行为的功能;

2.功能性行为评估及干预能有效改善智力障碍儿童的问题行为。

Case Study of Functional Behavior Assessment and

Intervention on Behavior of Intellectual

Disabilities Children

Abstract

Children with intellectual disability are generally restricted in the development of cognition and communication skills. They have varying difficulties in the study and life, and are prone to behavior problems of different types and forms. This will not only hinder their own learning and life, but also bring trouble to parents, teachers or peers. Behavior problem intervention has always been an important issue in the field of special education.

The researcher selects one intellectual disabilities children, using three ways of indirect assessment, direct observation, and functional analysis manipulations to assessment the functional of behavior, and formulate appropriate intervention strategies from antecedent strategies, the consequences strategies, behavior training, and the environment improvement strategies and so on based on the results of the functional behavioral assessment. The study used a single subject study of A-B-A-B to withdraw the experimental design, Based on Functional Behavior Assessment, appropriate intervention strategies were developed to explore the effectiveness of intervention on problem behaviors of intellectual disabilities children, and to reduce or change problem behaviors of intellectual disabilities children. Thus the following research conclusions were drawn:

1. Functional behavior assessment can more accurately determine the function of behavior problem for intellectual disabilities children;

2. Functional behavior assessment and intervention can effectively reduce behavior problem of intellectual disabilities children .
