85基于FiF 口语训练系统的口语模仿学习策略探究蒋方舟在大学英语教学中,口语学习是提升学生英语学习兴趣的一个重要环节,也是语言能力中一个不可忽视的部分。

在众多口语学习方法中,口语模仿学习是最基础和较易实施的学习方法之一。

但笔者在教学中发现,许多学生运用口语模仿学习方法后对英语发音和口语表达的帮助并不大。

本文试图分析口语模仿学习中存在的问题及其原因,并基于FIF 口语训练系统探究其应对策略。

1 口语模仿学习中存在的问题中国的英语学习环境不太利于英语学习者的语音能力发展, 但是对于中国的英语学习者而言, 模仿原真的语料也许是提高英语语音水平一个好的途径(吴让科,赵晨:2013)。

通过模仿,学生可以掌握基本音素发音, 使语调自然, 语速流畅(苗燕,高翔:2007)。

从实际的教学情况来看,学生在课堂口语模仿练习中的参与度较高,积极性也较大。

但由于课时和班额的限制,学生在课堂上进行练习的机会就相对较少,大部分模仿练习因此都安排在课后进行。

由于缺少老师的纠正和及时反馈,学生在进行口语模仿练习时难免会出现各种问题。

笔者现将学生在口语模仿中存在的主要问题总结如下:1.1 模仿的目的不明确。

根据课堂调查和学生反馈,大部分学生认为自己在做口语模仿练习时没有明确的目的,觉得课堂上的口语模仿练习仅仅是为提升学习兴趣设置,或者将其看做是单纯的娱乐,没有意识到模仿练习的目的和重要性。

由于没有树立明确的目标, 再加上模仿学习的过程费时且成效不明显,大多学生因此很难长期坚持口语模仿习(陈露,2007)。

1.2 模仿的方法不恰当。

由于缺少基本的语音知识和发音技巧,很多学生在进行口语模仿练习时,仅仅把模仿的重点放在能引起其注意的语调突出或语速较慢的词句上,而忽视了重读、连读、爆破、断句和节奏等在模仿中需要特别注意的地方。

部分学生在没有分析模仿材料难度和特征的情况下,一开始就选择较难的材料进行模仿,因此再练习几遍之后就不得不放弃,学习的兴趣和热情也大减。

BOPPPS教学模式在高职职场英语课程教学中的探索

BOPPPS教学模式在高职职场英语课程教学中的探索王晓珍张惠霞龚雨齐职场英语是高职教育中的一门通识课,而由于高职生源的英语基础都较为薄弱,原有传统的“以老师为中心”的教学设计更会降低学生学习主动性。

针对此问题,本文提出将BOPPPS教学方法引入高职英语教学,通过对BOPPPS的6个组成部分的概念和内涵分析,尝试建立出一个基于BOPPPS教学设计的高职英语实践应用性的模型。

1 引言在2019年3月5日举行的第十三届全国人民代表大会第二次会议中,李克强总理提出对于高职院校要“提高办学质量”,提高办学质量的核心就是如何提高教学质量。

高职英语课程是高职教育中最重要的通识课程之一,以培养学生实际应用英语的能力为目标,侧重在职场环境下基本语言交际能力的培养,加强学生职业能力的可持续发展。

因此,提高高职英语教学质量,激发学生学习英语的主动性,培养应用型人才就成为高职英语教学的最终目标。

2 高职英语课程教学现状由于生源的现实,高职大部分学生的英语基础较薄弱,学生学习英语的积极主动性不高,没有明确的学习目标,更没有学习英语的自信心;另一方面,英语的教学方法和教学设计大部分还是停留在以老师为中心,老师在讲台上讲,学生被动的在讲台下接收。

这种以“灌输式”为主要教学方法的课堂,学生学习效率相对比较低,课堂参与度也较差。

本文探讨将BOPPPS教学模型引入到高职英语课程教学当中,从以教师为中心转变到以学生为中心,充分调动学生自主学习的积极性,提高学生的学习效率和课堂参与度。

3 BOPPPS教学设计模型的概念和内涵1976年,温哥华大学的道格拉斯.科尔(Douglas Kerr)团队根据加拿大大不列颠哥伦比亚省对教师资格认证的要求,创办了ISW(Instructional Skills Workshop)即教师技能培训体系。

这个体系是针对培养教师技能使用的。

而BOPPPS正是该培训过程中主要采用的一种教学模式。

这种教学设计模型是以建构主义和认知理论为理论基础,强调以学生为中心进行参与式学习,教师并给予相应指导,课堂及时反馈,形成教学闭环。

学生在读后续写中出现的部分问题,如内容上偏离主题、情节离奇,表达上句式单调,词汇运用不准确,根源在于阅读材料理解不准确,读得不充分、不透彻。

反思我们平时的阅读教学,尽管英语阅读教学得到了重视,但在教学中还存在一些问题,比如文本信息碎片化、文本结构割裂、教学模式僵化、紧跟考试题型的功利化等问题(张献臣,2019)。

二、英语学习活动观的内涵与特征为提升英语教学效果,《普通高中英语课程标准(2017版)》指出,英语学习活动观是指学生在主题意义引领下,通过学习理解、应用实践、迁移创新等一系列体现综合性、关联性和实践性等特点的英语学习活动,基于已有的知识,依托不同类型的语篇,在分析问题和解决问题的过程中,促进自身语言知识学习、语言技能发展、文化内涵理解、多元思维发展、价值取向判断和学习策略运用。

三、基于英语学习活动观的高中英语读后续写教学设计案例根据《课标》中关于英语学习活动观的阐述,本文以某高中三年级一节读后续写课的教学设计为例,具体阐述如何在高中英语读后续写教学中落实英语学习活动观。

教学内容为来自网络的一篇文章。
