POSITION OBJECTIVE

To provides sufficient human resources support and substantial interaction with all staff in the South & Southwest office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Incumbent will have primary responsibilities in specific HR functional areas and will have to provide HR support and services to all employees in the most professional and effective manner, e.g. new employee registration in FESCO, personnel file maintenance, annual leave etc.

2.To coordinate with all possible/practical sources, such as internet & newspaper advertisement, professional consultants, internal posting, referrals and other effective means so to ensure selection and placement of the most suitable, qualified individuals to fill the open position within 4 - 6 weeks.

3.To maintain the talent pool by filing and updating the existing resumes according to the current system.

4.Support Training programs in South and Southwest Such as analysing and conducting an annual training plan with the direct supervisor, also to be responsible of following up the training results for the China employees.

5.Support employee activities and plan budget of year, take activities record etc.

6.To update the FESCO and conducted benefits for China employees on a regular basis, e.g., Accident Insurance coverage.

7.Maintain, update and manage employment documentation such as Personnel file, HR policy and employee handbook etc, maintain employee database to ensure integrity of HR data.

8.To provide monthly payroll coordination, which including banking, taxation & individual bank account notification for employee.

9.Take on additional HR assignments as needed.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities will include:

- Managing the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing

- Assisting the HR Manager and hiring managers with high volume interview scheduling (making sure that interview teams and candidates have all information prior to the interview date)

- Preparing, sending and following up with candidates regarding offer packets

- Initiating and tracking all background investigations

- Managing and auditing requisitions and offers in Merlin

- Organizing and maintaining applicant requisition data in Virtual Edge

- Defining and creating documents/forms that improve processes and systems

- Troubleshooting hiring issues for HR Manager, hiring managers and candidates (such as New Employee Orientation, benefits, etc.)

- Acting as liaison with HR Records

- Previous recruiting experience in a high-end specialty or big-box retailing organization - Demonstrated strong commitment to one's business, with a great history of driving better business results through the acquisition of great talent

- Strong problem-solving skills
