前六章系统地论述了橡胶及其配合体系(各种弹性体的结构与性能及其应用、硫化、补

强与填充、老化防护、增速)以及共混的原理与方法。

第一章生胶

本章内容与基本要求?

1(了解橡胶硫化的发展概况，硫化过程中的性能变化; 2(了解橡胶结构对硫化的影响及二烯烃类不饱和橡胶和硫磺的反应性 3(掌握硫化的基本概念、硫化参

数、正硫化的测定方法; 4(掌握各种硫化体系所适应的橡胶，配合特点及硫化胶性能 5(硫磺促进剂的作用机理和常用促进剂的作用特性;

6(掌握硫磺、促进剂在传统硫化体系、有效硫化体系和半有效硫化体系中的配合原则和应

用;

7(掌握硫化胶结构与性能的关系以及温度、压力、时间这三要素在橡胶工业中的重要作用。
