3. 库房中划分的区域 Special Areas
员工必须给货架编号，进行商品定位并在P4系统中维护及更新, 每一单品对应 唯一货架编号(部门+货架座号+货架号+层板号)
Storage team should sign shelf NO and maintenance it in P4, allocate item to spaces, update them on time. Only 1 serial number for the each item (Dept + alley + element + level) 。

4.1商品 货物堆放最高点应离顶灯50厘米The distance between the goods and the topmost light should not be less than 50CM

4.1商品Merchandise
商品先按部门，再按分类整理。分类单品必须明确位置(货架末端都有提示板)
Goods in the storage should be arranged by Dept. first, then by family. The location of each product’s family must be identified. (Reminder boards should be placed at the end of each rack)
单件商品不允许放在库房内(除置于封闭纸箱前的样品,或敏感商品 及一些特殊分类可敞开陈列) No single piece should be in the storage (except samples placed in front of closed cartons, or sensitive items and some special assortments) 。

5.3 营业部门员工 Commercial Employee
根据库房管理原则进行各自责任区域的仓库整理。Arrange storage based on the storage management procedure 给货架编号，进行商品定位并在P4系统中维护及更新。Sign shelf NO and maintenance in P4 , allocate item to spaces, update them on time 将收货组中转区的到货整理上货架。Arrange the merchandise from RY to shelf; 将禁止入库单品从收货区直接拉入备货中转区。Take the “forbidden in storage item” from RY to stand by area directly 整理报损区商品并报损。 Arrange the broken items and make breakage; 整理顾客退货及无条码商品。Arrange the custom returned goods and no barcode items; 根据退货清单整理并退货。Arrange the return goods based on the return list and return goods to supplier 按商业计划在促销区备好Podium和TG单品。Stock up the Podium and TG item in promotion area according to the commercial plan
