(一)城市概况

池州市位于安徽省西南部,自唐设州置府已有1380多年历史。东接黄山,南邻江西,西沿长江,北连铜陵,辖贵池区、东至县、石台县、青阳县和九华山风景区以及国家级池州经济技术开发区,面积8272平方公里,人口187万(八

普),其中贵池区人口76万,市中心城区人口19万。

(二)教育概况

全市现有中小学1003所,在校生261546人。其中,普通高中19所,在校生32252人;普通初中95所,在校生70932人;普通小学506所,小学教学点306个,在校生125481人;幼儿园66所,在园幼儿21598人;特教学校3所,在校生136人,另随班就读“三残”儿童1147人;职业高中8所,在校生9879人;普通中等专业学校3所,在校生2780人。

全市高等教育学校4所,在校生2.3万人。有池州学院(公立二本)、池州职业技术学院(公立大专)、安徽人口职业学院(公立高职)、池州广播电视大学(公立大学)。

XX年,全市各职业技能培训单位共16所,培训各类技能人才3万人。

(三)政策导向

市长赵馨群在XX年年初政府工作报告指出,市政府将大力落实企业减负稳岗、就业培训补贴等政策,继续加强以被征地农民为重点的就业技能培训,开展新型农民培训1.35万人、劳动者就业技能培训9000人。

(四)目标客户

从职业教育本身的意义上来看,主要的培训对象数量多、层次多、需求多,在国家提倡终身教育的体制下,就更加丰
