1． 主控项目:
〈1〉.混凝土所用的水泥，水，骨料，外加剂等必须符合规范及有关规定，

13、拆除模板时，砼的表面温度与自然气温之差不应超过20℃。

二、浇筑过程中容易发生的问题：

浇筑混凝土前，先清除模板内的松散物料、杂物，并预先洒水湿润。
经监理工程师检验后可以开始浇筑。
在振捣时，要注意振动棒不要触损钢筋网。
同时振捣要充分，以排除混凝土中的气泡，防止麻面现象。
夏季混凝土浇筑后，及时在模板表面覆盖浸湿麻袋进行养护，防止高温产生的过早硬化和裂纹。
待混凝土强度达到拆模要求后，进行拆模，拆模时不得损伤砼体的表面及棱角。
拆模后在混凝土表面覆盖浸湿麻袋洒水养护。
拆下的模板清洗干净，打磨整理后有序堆放以备下次使用。
2、构件安装必须在构件混凝土强度达到不低于设计强度的75%寸才能进行构件的吊装和运输，运输时应采用木垫或其它弹性材料加以铺垫或用加支架的方法加以固定，不得有互相碰撞的现象。

③混凝土分层浇筑时，每层混凝土的厚度应符合规范要求。
在振捣上层混凝土时，应插入下层内50mm 左右，以消除两层间的接缝。
同时在振捣上层混凝土时，要在下层混凝土初凝前进行。
④每一插点要掌握准振捣时间，过短不易密实，过长能引起混凝土产生离析现象。
一般应视混凝土表面呈水平，不再显著沉降、不再出现气泡及表面泛出灰浆为准。
⑤振动器插点要均匀排列，可采用“交错式”的次序移动，但不能混用。
每次移动位置的距离应不大振动棒作用半径的 1.5 倍。

混凝土浇筑质量技术交底为了确保工程质量,必须按施工规范和上海市有关规定执行.请砼班组做好以下几点：1、混凝土结构工程的施工应根据设计要求进行。
2、混凝土结构各分部或分项工程的施工，应在前一分部或分项工程检查合格后才能进行。
3、基础垫层，基础砼浇筑，必须用模板支撑,严禁以土代模。
4、垫层混凝土浇捣必须平整，保证垫层厚度、密实。
5、梁式满堂基础浇捣，应严格控制截面尺寸、斜坡、棱角线，浇捣前垫层必须清洁，无结水，不准带水浇筑.6、浇捣混凝土前必须查看砼的级配，测试砼的坍落度是否符合要求，不符合要求的退回厂方，混凝土浇筑时，严禁向砼车内加水。

8、预制构件浇筑拆模后，及时采用干水泥砂灰光面。
9、地下室防水砼、施工缝必须留在墙上，缝高出底板面的200mm—-500mm。
10、做好墙、柱及楼梯后浇带等交接处接浆工作，第一车混凝土浇捣用的滑管砂浆，必须分散布置。
11、支模时对墙、柱模板下口的水平度,超过15mm的必须用1：2的水泥砂浆找平,在15mm以内的用水泥砂浆封口，九夹板封口必须在模板外做成三角形，防止根部漏浆，待模板拆除后凿掉，并应及时清理干净。
12、混凝土浇筑前必须确定好施工缝位置,宜留在受剪较小的部位。
有主次梁的楼板宜顺看方向浇筑，施工缝应留在梁跨度的中间1/3范围内，墙留在门洞过梁跨中1/3范围内,也可留在纵横墙的交接处.13、浇捣混凝土前必须在平板上垫好马凳，铺好操作板做好一切准备,同时做好标记，在浇筑过程中必须经常对板的厚度进行测量。

14、混凝土浇捣时,严禁踏压、碰撞无粘结钢筋网上，支撑架以及端部预埋部件，若有损坏或不符要求,及时请钢筋工整改。
15、墙、柱砼浇捣时不能一次到顶，应分皮进行,震捣时的震动棒应“快插慢拔”，并掌握好合适的震捣时间，在钢筋密集处应采取锒头敲出,检查浇捣砼密实度。
16、交接班或吃饭、休息时必须移交施工情况，以免砼超震或漏震。

3、提前检查布料机的吊索、螺丝、管卡是否影响施工需要。
4、准备规格、数量适宜的振捣棒，要有备用棒。
5、准备数量充分的塑料薄膜。
6、密切关注气象状况，准备好人员以及现场的防雨物资。
7、根据现场施工部署，需要小型溜槽辅助施工的，要提前准备到位。
8、提前准备接水、接砂浆用的钢板料斗。
9、需要用塔吊吊运混凝土的，要提前考虑准备好吊斗，并在每次用完后清洗干净。
10、前、后台作业人员要配备对讲机，并配备备用电池，保持通讯畅通。

三、施工工艺1．基础砼浇筑浇筑采用斜面分层（坡度1：6）、依次推进、整体浇筑原则。
在每一下料口，三个振捣手均匀分布在整个斜面，沿图示中小箭头方向推进，确保不漏振，使新泵出的混凝土与上一斜面混凝土充分密实地结合。
振捣应及时、到位，避免混凝土中石子流入坡底，发生离析现象。

2.施工要点：过梁及三角块施工时必须按以下要点进行。
（1）砼浇筑高度应低于模板顶面2~3mm，避免出现边角不齐现象。
（2）砼浇筑时必须振捣充分，必须振捣至砼浆返至表面（此种情况无需抹压），保证成型后观感。
（3）过梁钢筋应放置在过梁顶部。
（4）三角块浇筑时应采用细石砼，中间分隔抽板两侧应同时灌灰，避免受力不均导致三角块变形。
抽板须摆正。
（5）砼浇筑前地面必须铺设塑料薄膜，薄膜应铺设到位，不得有遗漏。
（6）每次拆模后模板表面砼必须完全清理干净，涂刷机油保证涂刷到位。

（5）使用布料杆作业，冲洗泵管时，管口必须向下，并伸入坚固容器内，固定后10m以内，不得有人，以防冲洗球、石子、气压打伤。
（6）振捣器使用前，须经电工检查，合格后方可使用，电源线不准有破皮损坏，防止漏电伤人，操作者必须戴绝缘手套，穿绝缘鞋。
3. 材料运输：（1）搬运袋装水泥时，必须逐层从上层往下阶梯式搬运，严禁从下抽拿。
存放水泥时，必须压碴堆放，并不得堆放过高（一般不超过10袋为宜），水泥袋堆放不得靠近墙壁。

8．严禁将垂直管道直接装接在泵的输出口上，应在垂直管架设的前端装接长度不小于10m的水平管，水平管近泵处应装逆止阀。敷设向下倾斜的管道时，下端应装接一段水平管，其长度至少为倾斜管高低差的五倍，否则应采用弯管等办法，增大阻力。如倾斜度较大，必要时，应在坡度上端装置排气活阀，以利排气。
（5）浇筑砼所使用的桶、槽必须固定牢固，使用串筒，串筒节间应连接牢靠，操作部位设防护栏杆，严禁站在桶槽帮上操作。
（6）用泵输送砼时，输送管道接头必须紧密可靠不漏浆、安全阀完好，管道架子牢固，输送前，先试送，检修时必须气压。
（7）浇灌框架、梁、柱砼时，必须设操作平台，严禁站在模板或支撑上操作。
（8）浇筑圈梁、雨篷、阳台砼必须搭设脚手架，严禁站在墙体或模板帮上操作。
11．应随时监视各种仪表和指示灯，发现不正常应及时调整或处理。如出现输送管道堵塞时，应进行逆向运转使混凝土返回料斗，必要时应拆管排除堵塞。
12．泵送工作应连续作业，必须暂停时应每隔5～10min（冬季3～5min）泵送一次。若停止较长时间后泵送时，应逆向运输1～2个行程，然后顺向泵送。泵送时料斗内应保持一定量的混凝土，不得吸空。
17．特殊情况下如无可靠的安全设施，必须系好安全带并扣好保险钩，或架设安全网。
18．地下工程深度超过3m时，应设混凝土溜槽。滑放混凝土时，应上下配合。
19．浇筑无板框架的梁、柱混凝土时，应搭设脚手架，并应附设防护栏杆，不得站在模板上操作。

①用水箱将自来水加热到有关要求的温度。
②搅拌机设置于拟建住宅楼的南边，离建筑物4.0m处，吊车可直接将混凝土吊到预制过梁的地点，这样大大缩短了砼运输的距离，热量损失相应减少。
③砼在浇筑前，应清除模板和钢筋上的冰雪和污垢。
④砂、石子必须清洁，不能含有冰雪和冻块，以及易冻裂的物体。打砼之前，每班选派专人将上述物体清理干净。
⑤砼的搅拌时间取180S。砼拌合物的出机温度不低于10℃，浇筑成型后的温度不低于5℃。
⑥砼浇筑后在裸露的砼表面先用塑料膜覆盖，并封盖严密，然后铺设4cm厚草帘。
⑦如发现砼温度下降过快或遇寒流袭击，立即采取补加保温层的措施。
