如何爱护身体? (1)爱护身体,应当关注自己的身体状况。 我们要关注并记录自身健康状况,定期进行 健康体检,合理利用卫生保健服务维护自身健康; 积极主动获取健康信息,知道生理健康的基本标 准,能够判断自己的身体是否处于正常状态。如 有不适,应及时科学就医。
生理健康的标准
对照标准,看看自己的数据合格吗,思考不健康的方面该如何改变。
1.生命体征:生命体征包括呼吸、脉搏、体温、血压等。正常情况下,成年人的呼 吸频率为每分钟12—20次,脉搏为60—100次/分钟,体温为36.5—37.5摄氏度,血 压为120/80毫米汞柱。 2. 身体质量指数(BMI):身体质量指数是衡量身体肥胖程度的重要指标,计算方 法为体重(公斤)除以身高的平方(米),正常范围为18.5—24.9。 3. 饮食习惯:良好的饮食习惯应包括营养均衡、摄入足够的维生素、矿物质和膳 食纤维,避免高脂肪、高盐、高糖食物的摄入 4. 运动量:适量的运动对于身体健康非常重要,建议每周至少进行150分钟的中等 强度有氧运动或75分钟的高强度有氧运动。 5. 睡眠质量:睡眠质量对于身体健康同样至关重要,建议成年人每晚睡眠7-9小时。 6. 心理健康:身体健康与心理健康密不可分,保持心理健康可以通过积极应对压 力、保持良好的人际关系、发展兴趣爱好等方式实现。
