该参数及标准的拟定,主要参照GB/T18287-2013《移动电话用锂离子蓄电池及蓄电池组总规范》。

4.1标准充电0.2C恒流恒压充电(CC/CV)至上限电压4.20+/-0.05V,然后以0.02C电流截止;4.2标准放电以0.2C恒流放电至3.0V电压截止5.性能5.1电性能项目测试程序标准5.1.1标称电压电池按4.1充满电后,按0.2C放电过程的平均工作电压. 3.6V 5.1.2放电性能电池按4.1充满电后,以0.2C恒流放电到3.0V。

≥292min5.1.3循环寿命常规寿命在环境温度23±2℃的条件下,以0.5C先恒流充电至上限电压4.20+/-0.05V,再恒压充电至0.02C截止电流;搁置10min后以1C放电至3.0V,放电结束后搁置10min后进行下一个循环,直至连续两次放电容量为首次的80%,则认为寿命终止。

观察电池的温度及外观变化。

Standardcharged. Keep the battery into a ventilation cabinet andshort-circuit the positive and negative terminals directly (generalresistance shall be less than or equal to 50mΩ). Stop the testwhen the temperature falls to value 10 ℃lower than the peakvalue. Observe the variation of the battery’s appearance andtemperature.4 挤压测试Crush不着火不爆炸No fire and noexplosion挤压测试前电池用0.2C充满电,搁置24小时。

从径向挤压压力达到13KN。

Charge at 0.2C,and then leave for 24hrs, The crushing wascontinued until a force of 3000 lb (13 kN)5 重物冲击性能Impact 不爆炸、不起火No fireNo explosion电池标准充电后,放在平面上,并与热电偶相连,将一直径为15.8mm的棒放在电池高度方向中间位置,让重量9.1kg的重物从610mm高度自由垂落至冲击台面。

Standard charge. Keep the battery connected with athermocouple and put it on a impaction platform, place a 15.8mmdiameter bar across the center of the biggest surface, then let a9.1kg heavy hammer self fall off to the platform from a height of610mm. Observe the variation of the battery’s appearance.6 热冲击安全性能Hot Oven 不起火、不爆炸No fire、No explosion电池标准充电后,放置于热箱中,并与热电偶相连,温度以(5 ℃±2 ℃)/min的速率升至130 ℃±2 ℃并保温30Min。

Standard charge. Keep the battery connected with athermocouple and put it into a circulating air oven. Put the battery into a 40℃±2℃ and 90% RH chamber for 48h, then get itout and store it for 2h at room temperature.Observe the variation of the battery’s appearanceand then discharge at 0.2C5A to discharge cut-offvoltage, measuring final capacity.2 跌落性能Drop不起火、不爆炸放电时间≥255minNo smoking 、No fire、No explosionDischarge time≥255min标准充电后,将电池样品由高度(最低点高度)为1m的位置自由跌落到18~20mm的硬木板上,要求各面各跌落一次。
