摘要】目的：探讨唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效及护理。方法：选取于2013年1月~2014年2月来院治疗的前列腺癌骨转移疼痛患者68例作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组34例，两组均采取唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗，对照组行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预，给予患者心理护理、用药护理等护理干预，观察观察对比两组患者的疼痛缓解发生率及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组完全缓解、部分缓解、不缓解分别为14例、15例、5例，总有效率为85.59%，对照组完全缓解、部分缓解、不缓解分别为9例、15例、10例，总有效率为70.59%，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组有4例骨髓移植，1例III度胃肠道反应，1例肌肉疼痛，4例发热，对照组有3例骨髓移植，1例III度胃肠道反应，2例肌肉疼痛，3例发热，两组患者治疗1~2d后不良症状自行消退，均无严重不良反应发生。结论：加强唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗前列腺癌骨转移的护理，可改善患者的疼痛程度，减少不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。

【 abstract 】 Objective To study the curative effect and nursing of Zuomi phosphate to combined chemotherapy in treatment of prostate cancer bone metastases pain. Method 52 patients with prostate cancer bone metastases pain selected from January 2013 to February 2013 in hospital treatment as the research object, 52 patients was divided randomly into control group and observation group, each group of 26 cases, the control line chemotherapy treatment, observation group take azole to phosphonic acid treatment with combination chemotherapy; Given psychological care, medication nursing and other nursing intervention, to observe and compare the incidence of pain relief and adverse reactions occur in the two groups of patients. Results The complete response, partial response and no ease in observation group are 9 cases, 13 cases, and 4 cases respectively, the total effective rate was 84.62%, But the complete response, partial response, ease in control group were 5 cases, 13 cases and 8 cases respectively, the total effective rate was 69.23%, the observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P > 0.05); 4 cases of bone marrow transplantation in observation group, 1 case III degree of gastrointestinal reaction, 1 case of muscle pain, 4 cases of fever, 3 cases were bone marrow transplantation, 1 case of III degree of gastrointestinal reaction, 2 cases of muscle pain, 3 cases of fever, two groups of patients after 1 ~ 2 d adverse symptoms to fade, no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion To strenthen nursing of Zuomi phosphate in combination with chemotherapy in the treatment of prostate cancer bone metastases,which can improve the patient's pain degree, reduce adverse reactions, be worthy of clinical popularization and application.
