中药塌渍疗法操作评分标准

目的：中药塌渍治疗是通过介质(凡士林)促进皮肤对约物的吸收。同时辅以红外线灯局部热疗，扩张毛细血管，一方面可以提高药物浓度交换和吸收速度；另一方面增强局部代谢，达到缓解疼痛、促进损伤修复的目的。

注意事项：

1、在为患者进行中药塌渍治疗前，首先要对患者局部的皮肤进行评估，若有破溃或皮肤过敏时禁用中药塌渍治疗。

2、操作时要注意将纱布用温水浸湿，膏药要均匀覆盖在湿纱布上，避免了巾药颗粒与皮肤的直接接触，将不能溶解的部分与皮肤隔离，减少了对皮肤的刺激。

3、红外线灯的温度要以患者能耐受为宜，在治疗过程中要及时巡视病人，随时调节红外线灯的温度或红外线灯距离患者皮肤的距离，防止出现烫伤等其他不适。
