如无法满足需要应及时向备降航班机组说明客观原因。
2.3 对于备降航班货邮处理由备降乙方机场在航班落地后第一时间到备降航班机组提取货邮仓单，根据货邮仓单上的货物情况征询始发站机场处理建议，尤其是海鲜、鲜活易腐和活体动物、贵重物品、急件等货物，确保货物根据始发站要求及时处理，并通知甲方当地货运处负责人或甲方客户服务席。
3 服务项目及服务标准3.1 乙方同意按照民航发【2007】159号文件附件7之地面服务收费标准向甲方收取相关费用。
3.2 乙方保证为甲方提供的服务符合中国民用航空局的相关要求，并保证为甲方从事服务的技术专业人员持有有效的执照和许可证。
