反方一辩：陈述观点Thank you, we agree that develop tourism is needed, which can improve economic growth. But just think about the past decades, we have destroyed so many nature sources as well as environments in order to develop tourism. So our opinion is only when the environment is charming there will have the value of tourism. Beautiful environment will make people indulged in pleasures without stopping; enjoying amazing feeling of away from the messy world. Do you enjoy the through drama? The heroine will stay at that world not only because of the romantic love but also the purity nature view. But nowadays, almost all the tourists’ attractions have the trace of artificial modification. People almost cannot see nature’s original scenery. At the same time people start to voice new values: quality of life, urban conservation and the environment. Therefore, we must get to the bottom of the problem and learn from the past. That is, in the course of tourism development, we must consider the effect of distraction and accept that environment protection is in the first place. Only in this way can we solve environmental problems in the future reasonably. What’s more, protecting environment is not only for us but also for our future generations. We have a responsibility to make sure that offsprings can see the true and original beauty of the earth rather than manual processing of the scenery. So we think that the travel mode in the cost of destroying nature original scenery is not desirable and environment protection must be in the first place. That’s all what I want to say. At the same time we have to insist on sustainable development while developing economy. We must attach great importance to the protection of the environment in the process of economic development. We acknowledge that environmental protection needs money ，but we can’t sacr ifice the environment for the economic growth. If you drink polluted water, eat the toxic food, can we have a high quality of life? Tourism development must be on the premise of environmental protection. The policy of “returning farmland to forests andgra ss” slow down the speed of economic development to protect the environment. Doesn’t it show that the environmental protection is more important and tourism must depend upon a healthy and sustainable environment? Negative impacts from tourism occur when the level of visitor use is greater than the environment's ability to cope with this use within the acceptable limits of change. Uncontrolled conventional tourism poses potential threats to many natural areas around the world. It can put enormous pressure on an area and lead to impacts such as soil erosion, increased pollution, discharges into the sea, natural habitat loss, increased pressure on endangered species and heightened vulnerability to forest fires. It often puts a strain on water resources, and it can force local populations to compete for the use of critical resources. Tourism, especially nature tourism, is closely linked to biodiversity and the attractions created by a rich and varied environment. It can also cause loss of biodiversity when land and resources are strained by excessive use, and when impacts on vegetation, wildlife, mountain, marine and coastal environments and water resources exceed the carrying capacity. This loss of biodiversity in fact means loss of tourism potential. At the same time, people startto voice new values: quality of life, urban conservation and the environment. They are not paying their attention only on making life easy any more. On the contrary, they start to concern the environment protection and the link of environment and economy as well. They realize that only when they make their efforts to protect the environment can they attain a sustainable life. Therefore we think environment protection is more important and it should go first. The urgency like this can’t wait. What’s more, protecting environment is not only for us but also for our future generations. We have a responsibility to make sure that offsprings can see the true and original beauty of the earth rather than manual processing of the scenery. Just think that what would you answer if your child points out an ugly scenery asking what it is and consider how he could have a comfortable life if the environment destroyed because of tourism development gonging first ?So our side advocates the environmental protection should receive priority in China. Thank you.反方四辩：总结陈述Our opponent said， the tourism development is the first choice. The goal we develop the tourism today is to create a happy and comfortable life for people in the future . If the economic growth lead to the pollution of the environment, can we live a better life? The excessive economic growth has causedthe greenhouse effect, which lead to sea-level rises. As a result, thousands of coastal dweller has to face the fate of the migration. Moreover, the opponent also said, when our economy strength become strong, we can spend more money and energy on environment protection. I’m afraid I disagree. Just think about the example of London, it became a developed city after Industrial revolution, but now, the government may be upset at the treatment of pollution. So does the tourism development. Such examples have a lot ,but they all tell us one truth ， thatis ，it will be too late to start managing when you realize that it is time to do so .
