城市滨水开放空间景观的建设与保护

摘要

近些年以来，我国的旅游产业获得了长足的发展，而沿海地区发展尤其迅猛。在区域经济中旅游经济总量占比不断提升，影响日趋加大，地位不容小覤。旅游产业的蓬勃发展不仅引起整个社会的广泛关注，而且也成为一些专家学者研究热点课题之一。从整体上看，沿海的旅游产业发展态势沉着稳健、速度较快，对地方经济发展的带动作用日益突出。为了推进沿海旅游产业的持续、快速发展，国家在“十三五”规划之中已经提出加大沿海高铁的建设速度，其目的也是为了更好地开发旅游产业。通过高铁工程的推进实施，打造高效率的交通枢纽，促进新型的工业基地的不断完善，加快开发后备资源的进程，提升人们生活的幸福指数。作为陆地与海洋景观的过渡地带，滨海区域凸显了空间的异质特点，成为极具特色、有机整一的系统。作为海岸带最关键的一部分，滨海区域是后备地土地资源当中最为关键的一块。中国现行的六大后备土地资源，这是一块最适宜开发的土地。因为，其开发的前景令人看好，投资又极具可行性。所以，在整个沿海地区的开发中海岸线的开发显得极其重要，而滨海作为一道独特的景观也一定会成为新的增长极。本篇通过对X城进行分析，对城市的滨水景观保护与建设进行祥加研究，以期对今后的城市建设起到一定的促进作用。

Abstract

In recent years, the tourism industry in the coastal area of China has shown a steady growth trend. It has gradually shown its status and influence in the regional economy. It has become a hot topic in the field of domestic scholars. In recent years, the tourism industry in the coastal areas of China has shown a fast and steady development trend. It has gradually reflected the status and influence that can not be ignored in the regional economy. It has become a hot topic in domestic related fields. People's Republic of China national economic and social development in the thirteenth five year plan also proposed the construction of high-speed rail along the coast, to the development and construction of integrated transport hub, in order to perfect the new coastal industrial base, reserve resources development zone and prosperity to the people of the habitable zone, and promote the development of coastal tourism.

As the transition zone of marine landscape and land landscape, the coastal area is a system with distinctive features, with prominent spatial heterogeneity. As an important part of the coastal zone, the coastal land is an important part of the reserve land resources in China. It is the most reasonable and the most feasible investment in the development and utilization of the six reserve land resources in China. Therefore, the coastline is an important development in coastal areas of land development, the coastal landscape will become a new growth point of China's economic development, this paper takes X city as an example, a thorough research on the construction and protection of city waterfront open space landscape, provide help for the development of the coastal city of expectation after.
