a After the meeting, all the door shall be opened 会议结束后,应将所有门打开, b Call the elevator for the guest actively 主动为客人叫电梯 C After all the guests leave, the staff must carefully check nothing is left behind. If there are any items left, back to the guest in a timely manner. 客人全部离场后,检查会场是否有客人遗留物品, 如有遗留物品,及时送还客人。

b Dinner would be given the guest f&b items such as the red rose, chocolate to construction atmosphere 用餐时餐饮部会视情况赠予客人红玫瑰、巧克力等物品来营建 气氛 c Business rooms can protect customers' privacy, and equipped with some necessary business equipment, such as electricity socket, network interfaces, fax machine, etc 商务包厢保护顾客的隐私,配备必要的商务装备,比如用电插 口、网络接口,传真机等 d After a meal, lead guests into the room to rest, and asking guests whether the wake up service is needed 餐后安排客房服务人员带入房间休息,并问询是否需要叫醒服务

1· Airport Reception 机场接待
a Arrange a receptionist on the first floor of airport on December 26th, Putting warmly welcome guest signs at exports. 12月26日在机场一层到达厅内设接待处人员,根据来客乘坐的 航班到达情况持“热烈欢迎贵宾”牌,在廊桥出口、候机厅二层到 达电梯口及接待处放置简易欢迎标语牌。 b Wait at the elevator of the first floor , after receiving the guest ,and then lead them to the reception desk. The reception Group which focuses the guests out of the bus ride to the hotel. A shuttle bus per hour, and the bus departs every hour on the hour 在一层到达电梯口等候,接到嘉宾后负责引导至接待处。接待组由此将客人集 中带出乘坐去酒店的大巴车。每小时一班车,整点发车。

2· Check-in 酒店入住
Reception
a Guest check-in time (December 26 - December 30)。 Inform the hotel reception staff to prepare room arrangement in advance, determine the room without peculiar smell, the equipment is normal. 嘉宾入住时间(12月26日-12月30日),通知酒店接待人员提前做好相关 准备,确定房间有无异味,设备是否正常。 b When the guests arrive at the hotel, staff of reception group wait in the lobby to welcome the guests 嘉宾到达酒店,大厅接待组全员在酒店大厅恭候。 c After guests entering the hotel, the reception staff lead them to their room which arranged in advance 进入酒店后,由接待人员的引领下入住提前安排好的房间。
