China is entering the state of real estate bubble, where wealthy people have bought more than one house as a speculation, while residents who earn an average salary cannot afford one.Among the people who complain about the soaring housing prices are young university graduates who have just worked for a few years and haven‘t saved enough for down payment. As university students, we are likely to be among them in a few years. Therefore, I‘d like to analyze this phenomenon.The majority of the young university graduates, who have just started to live on their own in a city, do not earn much and their salary can only cover their basic needs. They consume a lot and do not amass enough savings for their houses. They have complained due to prohibitively high prices and they will never be able to afford a house through their own efforts.However, after years of work, they would have to get married. Nowadays in China, as most young university graduates are the only child of a family, those parents who have already owned their houses would like to help their son or daughter purchase a property in the city where they work. Thus, the burden of buying a house or an apartment passes to the older generation.The soaring housing prices have definitely become a tough problem not only in the economy but also in the society. Chinese government should take effective measures to solve this challenging problem. Lowering housing prices by new regulations is a solution that we could figure out. But it would lead to many unexpected consequences, such as higher unemployment rate and lower wealth effect. Levying taxes on property, which is given a try in Shanghai and Chongqing, is a way to cool the market. But how long will it take to make sense and what result will t hat bring? Let‘s wait and see!1. The answer is simply money. Houses are wonderful commodity to for the local governments to levy taxes on. Besides, as a durable fixed commodity, houses are of huge profit to wealthy investors.Despite the fact that the rocketing housing price has contributed to our GDP a lot, it also expanded the gap between the rich and poor greatly, for it makes those land agents and real-estate speculators better off too easily and too quickly. If the government is honestly catering for the welfare of its people, it should control the housing prices drastically and boldly.One of the primary missions set by the Chinese government is to build a harmonious society. That is a safe and stable society where we could enjoy the prosperity of our nation altogether. We know it will take a long journey. She is struggling together with his boyfriend in pursuit of a better life. Well, I will be a graduate student just in one year. Considering the tremendous opportunities in big cities, we may choose to work in some coastal cities or big metropolis like Beijing. But the soaring property prices make us calm down and reconsider the choice. We are complaining about the soaring housing prices and hope the prices can go down a little bit. But actually we are more anticipating our national economy can move steadily and healthy. We don‘t want to be another despaired and depressed generation striving for a house in a gorgeous and splendid city but hardly to find a true place to settle down.2. Make the Internet Clean for Y outhsIt is believed that the 21st century is the era of the Internet. Nowadays, the Internet has become a significant part of our life that we nearly cannot live without it for even one day. Because Internet has become the main source of knowledge, entertainment and communicative channel for the youths, it has a significant influence on the youths.Since primary school, I have seen some of my classmates who used to do well in their studies become so addicted to the online games and online chatting that they quit classes and stayed in the net bars day and night. They just cannot stop themselves from playing the computer games and surfing the Internet.However, excessive access to inappropriate online contents, such as unfettered exposure to violence and porn will do harm to their psychological health. Compared with adults,teenagers have a strong inclination to accept new things and weak resistance to harmful stuff. In addition, any improper or undue Internet use is likely to distract their concentration from their studies. We have known so many cases where the youths imitate the violent or pornographic behaviors on the Internet and even violate the laws and end up in prison.In addition, Because of the lack of sufficient ability to discern right from wrong, the amplified negative information on the Net can easily mislead the youths, sway them, twist their perception and possibly push them toward extremes.The youths are the future of our country, and they will be the main workforce of the development of our country. Therefore more attention should be paid to them by the government and the society. Concerned efforts should be made to reduce and ultimately eliminate Net pornography and violence. Effective measures should be taken to help the country's teenagers cultivate the correct outlook toward the Internet, which plays an important role in their psychological and mental development. Internet should become a platform for the youths to learn and fulfill themselves in a healthy environment.2. Make the Internet Clean for Y ouths―Wow, it is reported that Zhaowei had an affair with a multimillionaire.‖―You see, they even have got a baby.‖What we call ―entertainment‖ today may be th e news that reveals the scandals of some celebrities, or indelicate pictures of some phenomenon. When adults take these as entertainments, what is the influence on youths?For me, a normal student, I started to use the Internet when I was fifteen, and I can never forget whenever I want to watch an online film, something like a pornographic advertisement popping up in front of my eyes. And I always felt very embarrassed when I found my papa standing right behind me.Internet Network Information Center's statistics show that people under the age of 30 account for more than 60 percent of the country's 384 million Internet users, with the number of non-adults being more than 100 million. Compared with adults, juveniles have a strong inclination to accept new things and weak self-resistance against harmful stuff. Thus any improper or overdue Internet use is likely to cause them physical and psychological damage. For example, unfettered access to inappropriate online content, such as excessive exposure to Internet pornography and violence, can spoil their psychological health.In this Internet era, news, especially negative news, can be amplified on the Internet andspread quickly across the world in a flash. Live in harmony with natureLooking back on the river of history, we may find that harmony used to exist between people and nature. In the ancient time, nature was pure field to be ploughed, sown and harvested. Man respected nature and was one part of nature. They regard nature as the hallowed mother and awe it to the highest degreeIt seems that people today are masters of nature. Nature is torn into pieces. We live in a world consisting of streets, buildings, restaurants and squares. As a result, we already forget what it was like to live in harmony with nature in the past. While we are disrupting the order of the natural world, we are the ultimate victims, for nature is seeking its revenge. Disappearing forests, drying rivers, polluted soil, earthquakes, tsunami and worsening climate have punished greedy human beings. Nature has gone away from us as we have taken too much from nature, and given back too little. I can only hear of the stories from my parents about the life of living in the countryside. I can only see the beauty of nature by going to the places of interests and buying tickets. It seems that we have to pay a lot if we want to find a place to be with natureLooking forward to the future, when we gain reason, we will remember the deep interdependent relationship between people and nature. If citizens of the world work persistently together to protect nature, then nature will be our friend instead of our slave or servant. There is still a long way to go. We have to totally change our attitude towards nature. It is nature who helps us when we were alone; it is nature who gives what we want. I think eventually, people can live in harmony with nature, with commitment, hard work and newtechnology.3. In Harmony with NatureLiving in the crowded city everyday, facing the icy-cold concrete high-rise buildings, suddenly, I felt something lost. What is it? I ask myself. My heart indicates that I was seeking a sense of belonging.Where did we come from? From the perspective of Christianity, God creates everything, including human beings. While from the perspective of evolution theory of Darwin, human beings evolve from anthropoid, and the human being has the same last ancestor with the chimp. Despite this disparity in belief, we are from the nature.Exposed to the nature, we may retreat our soul and feel the way of our existence. Seeing from the ancient philosophy in China, from Confucius to Chuang Tzu, all these famous philosophers were exposed to nature and live in harmony with the nature. Therefore，they have come up with those well-known theories, such as the Confucianism and Taoism. According to Taoism, it is ―Doctrine of the Mean ‖ that is widely advocated. So what is ―Doctrine of the Mean‖? I think it is kind of perspective, which indicates you can never do things excessively. It is the same with our attitude and utilization of nature. Take a broad view at the river of history, the harmony between people and nature exists. At that time, nature was pure field to be ploughed, sown and harvested. Man respected nature and was one part of the nature.But what disappoints us is that nowadays the order of the nature are under deterioration. How we are utilizing the nature is going against the principle of ―Doctrine of the Mean‖.Do human beings really want to get temporary prosperity at the cost of our charming nature? Definitely not.Maybe just sometimes an impulse pushes us to pursue some economic benefits forehead, and forget what we really are. Being as part of nature, we should never harm the system itself.Living in the city for a long time, we may forget what the nature really looks like. Online media’s social responsibilitiesMedia responsibility is a term for the belief that mass media has a basic responsibility to help strengthen and support democratic processes. Media definitely has a responsibility on its shoulders, which is to guide the people. People have blind faith in the media and they are convinced that what they hear or what the media has declared is correct. However, in China, arguments have been made for traditional media such as newspapers, television and radio to act as a government watchdog, as a gatekeeper and instrument to disseminate necessaryinformation, and more popularly, as a reflection of cultural interests and trends.Like the traditional media, online media is also willing to report the facts in an objective and neutral attitude and its information content, including leading public opinion, imparting knowledge, educating people, promoting justice, defending the truth, decides the media has the responsibility whether in subjective or objective way. In other words, no matter how the mass media is exposeed to the society, it still holds the responsibility to the whole society.Unlike the traditional media, more than simply seeking out truth and reporting it to the populace, online media itself has an active role in influencing and shaping public opinion because it involves all netizens. It is a sign of true democracy, a medium to communicate with the youth and the entire world.Many recent examples suggest that unproven allegations that feed public curiosity or psychological mood may easily come to dominate microblog discussions. So this involves strengthening the supervision of public opinion; always remember keeping impersonality and justice close to the masses and obey professional ethics.The online media has become one of the most important ways of affecting the countries, the public opinion and the mood of the masses. It is also one of the important tools for us to build a harmonious society. The online media has a crucial role in tracking the process of creating a modern, progressive, inclusive and dynamic society, built on a rapidly growing economy and in guiding it as well through reportage and criticisms. At stake here is the public measurement of right and wrong. Everybody could one day potentially be among the vulnerable minority.
