基础不打好，以后想提高也难。

每位老师整节课都是用流利的英语组织各项课堂教学活动。
他们口语流利，发音准确。
可见各位参赛的教师英语水平之高，这也是进行英语教学的前提。
而且各位教师还展示了自己规范的英文书写功夫，精湛的简笔画技艺，制作多媒体课件的高超水准，以及他们歌唱、表演的多方面才能也充分展现出来。
在这次活动中我们还聆听了教研员的讲座。

当然，一堂好课并没有绝对的标准，学无止境，教无定法，这些说起来好像很容易，但真正做起来却很难。

一堂成功的英语课
1．是否实现四个教学目标
不管是新授课还是复习课应该始终贯穿听，说，读，写原则, 这也是我们英语课的基本原则.以复习课中的听为例,虽然是复习课,也不能离开听这个原则,但和新授课的听又有区别,听的目的不一样。
新授课的听,是学生还没有接触过课文,老师应在学生听之前设计好问题,带着问题去听,答上了设计的问题说明达到了听的效果,而复习时的听则是通过听去回忆课文中的细节要点。
2. 是否激发了学生的学习兴趣。
精彩的导入能使学生进入兴奋状态。
课堂教学的导入如同乐曲的“引子”、影视剧的“序幕”，起着渲染气氛、集中学生注意力、渗透主题和带入情境的任务。
导入的方法有多种，比如提问、讨论、设疑、讲故事等，可以根据教材内容的特点灵活运用。
采用生动有趣的实例是激发学生兴趣的有效方法。
在课堂教学过程中，可以结合教材内容，联系实际，灵活运用一些生动有趣的实例。
另外，在教学过程中要尽量与学生互动，不能一味的灌输知识，教师一个人从头讲到尾很容易使学生感到疲倦与乏味。
在课堂上，可以适时给学生提几个问题让他们讨论，或者如果有学生提出问题，教师不是给于简单的肯定或否定，而是让学生经过讨论来得出一个结论。
通过讨论使学生与教师有所互动，让学生的学习过程充满乐趣。
3. 是否培养了学生的创新思维。
新的课程理念中，具有创新精神是很重要的一点。
我认为在课堂上要培养学生的创新精神，首先鼓励学生勇于回答问题，如果学生不敢回答问题，那么就不会有敢于创新的精神，其次要看学生的思维敢不敢突破常规，鼓励学生突破常规思考问题。
在课堂上，教师要努力营造一种自由、平等、宽松的氛围，尊重学生、赏识学生，要以积极的态度和发展的眼光去看待学生，相信每个学生都有很大的发展潜能，使学生产生不怕错误，敢于求异的良好的学习心理，这样学生才会有活跃、敏捷的思维，从而迸发出创新的火花。
此外，要引发学生自己去学习、探索知识的兴趣，而不只是停留在“听”的兴趣上。
比如在教学中，不要处处给学生结论性的知识，灌输知识永远不能使学生摆脱接受式学习的命运，从而使学生难以成为“学习的主人”。
教师应该创造一个情境，启发学生去思考，也就是让学生自己学习，得出正确答案，既培养了学习能力，又体会到成功的喜悦。
学生只要有一点的进步，都要给予及时的肯定，强化学生的学习欲望，从而形成主动学习的意识。
注意了这些教育，也就是对学生进行了一定的创新教育。
4. 是否为学生提供了足够的展示机会
课堂是属于学生的，学生是学习活动的主体。
在教学过程中，教师要把自己视为“组织者”，只有让学生主动参与决策，才能真正使学生成为学习的主人。
然而现实是，我发现在教学过程中，教师想学生参与，给学生机会参与，学生却已经习惯了依赖与接受，不太愿意自己动手，或者动手能力较弱，因此，教师的引导作用是非常重要，
要激发学生参与的热情，首先自己就要表现出很高的热情，积极安排一些课堂活动，把活动的要求讲清楚，鼓励学生动手操作，并且分组合作，互帮互助，有时可以用竞赛的方式，然后让学生讲述自己的心得体会，展示自己动手的成果，得出一定的结论。
课堂上安排实践活动或者实验课上操作能力的训练，动手又动脑，也有助于开发学生的创造力。
5. 课堂教学是否“到位”
教学中要讲求实效，不走过场，不摆花架子。
即努力做到教学内容充实，课堂训练扎实，教学目标落实。
（1）教学内容充实
主要指合理地确定教学内容的广度和深度；明确教学的重点、难点和关键；合理安排教学的顺序。
（2）课堂训练扎实。
即体现边讲边练，讲练结合。
做到练有目的，练有重点，练有层次，形式多样，针对性强，并注意反馈及时、准确、高效。
（3）教学目标落实。
一节课下来，看一看自己所定的教学目标是否得到了很好的体现。
教师可以从以下几个方面进行一下评定：学生主动参与学习；师生、生生之间保持有效的互动；学习材料、时间和空间得到充分保障；学生形成对知识真正的理解；学生的自我监控和反思能力得到培养；学生获得积极的情感体验。
当然，一堂好课的评价标准是多样的，因为在实际教学实践
过程中，由于教学任务、教学内容的复杂性和多样性，以及教师、学生的各种不同特点，决定了我们不能生搬硬套任何一种课堂教学结构模式，同时也不能用一种结构模式否定另一种结构模式。
不同的教学模式有各自不同的侧重点，世界上没有一种教学模式是普遍适用的，因为教学情境是千变万化的。
由于教学工作者选择的教育理论和教学理论上的倾向不同，其操作的式样也会不同。
只有明确这一点，我们才能灵活地、恰当地选择和应用教学课堂模式，实现教学过程的最优化。
所以我认为一堂课是否成功，就得看教育者是否选对了合适的教学模式。
