Abstract

摘要

随着科技的不断进步,我军军需仓库物资存储也朝着网络化,自动管理的方向发展。军需仓库担负物资接收、保管、分发、运输等任务。目前我们的军需仓库类型主要有:普通平面仓库,半自动化仓库,全自动化仓库。不同类别的仓库都需要面对环境问题。温度为我们考虑仓库存储的重要参数。例如:军械弹药库,一般位于深山老林,温度变化大,而一个战役军需仓库每年由于垛底堆压时间长、垛底潮湿等因素引起的物资非战斗减损的比例不容忽视。而采用单片机对这些被控参数进行控制与合理化划定是现今的重要途径。本系统运用单片机来实现检测控制温度,对温度的检测结果进行实时检测控制。其中温度传感器采用AM2301数字温度传感器,通过89C51单片机的进行信号处理把温度值显示在液晶屏上。我们对此就可以对当前温度进行实时控制,若超出设定范围,通过89C51启动温度控制系统,进行调整、控制,达到恒温恒湿的目的。本设计对温度的控制有方便、简单的特点,从而大幅提高了被控温度的技术指标。满足军用仓库进行军需品保存时的对于温度湿度的要求。

Abstract

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology, our army Quartermaster warehouse storage of goods also towards network, automatic management of the direction of development. Quartermaster depot undertakes the material receiving, storage, distribution, transportation and other tasks. At present the Quartermaster depot type we mainly are: ordinary plane warehouse, semi automated warehouse, fully automated warehouse. Different types of warehouse have to face the environmental problems. Temperature is considered important parameters for our warehouse storage. For example: Ordnance ammunition depot, generally located in the deep mountains and forests, the change of temperature and humidity is big, but a battle Quartermaster depot each year due to end of the stack heap pressure time long, the end of the stack of damp caused by factors such as the ratio of material non combat impairments that can not be ignored. The use of microcontroller control and reasonable delineation of these parameters is an important way to the present. This paper adopts the single chip to achieve the detection of the temperature and humidity control, temperature and humidity on the indoor detection control and real-time display. The temperature and humidity sensor using AM2301 digital temperature and humidity sensor, through the 89C51 MCU to temperature and humidity values displayed on the LCD screen. The temperature and humidity values and judging whether meet the real-time temperature and humidity range set, if it exceeds the set range, the 89C51 start temperature and humidity control system, adjust, control, to achieve the purpose of constant temperature and humidity. The design of the temperature control is convenient, simple, and substantially increase the temperature was charged with the technical indicators. Meet military warehouse munitions to save time for temperature and humidity requirements.
