3、双方应本着诚实信用的原则履行本合同。
任何一方在履行中采用欺诈、胁迫或者暴力的手段，另一方可以解除合同并有权要求对方赔偿损失。
任何一方在履行中发现或者有证据表明对方已经、正在或者将要违约，可以中止履行本合同，但应及时通知对方。
甲方提前解除合同，无权要求乙方返还域名并应对乙方遭受的损失承担赔偿责任，乙方无故解除合同，应返还甲方上述费用以及域名。
