累计发表了250多篇高水平同行评议论文，其中170多篇发表在CCF A 类会议或期刊并获得了7个国际会议最佳论文奖，包括A 类会议ACM Multimedia 2017最佳论文奖和ACM SIGIR 2017最佳论文-Honorable Mention 奖。
梁应敞，教授、博导、欧洲科学院外籍院士，IEEE Fellow ，国家特聘专家，全球高被引科学家，电子科技大学人工智能研究院副院长、电子科技大学智能网络与通信研究中心主任、先进无线通信国际合作研究中心副主任及国际期刊IEEE Cognitive Communications and Networking(TCCN)主编。
长期从事认知无线电、频谱共享、智慧物联网、无线大数据及机器学习等领域的前沿研究，承担了多项国家自然科学基金项目。
在国际学术期刊及会议上发表专业论文400余篇(包括ESI 高被引论文18篇)，Google Scholar 总引用次数近2万5千次，其中单篇最高引用超过2800次，拥有30多项国际专利，是IEEE 802.22等多个国际标准的起草人之一。
程洪，教授、博导，国家中青年科技创新领军人才，电子科技大学机器人研究中心执行主任，人工智能研究院副院长。
致力于人工智能和机器人理论与应用研究及其产业化。
2015年主持完成电子科技大学个人截瘫助行外骨骼系统AIDER ，并在第九届残运会上帮助截瘫患者林寒站立行走完成火炬传递，目前已经实现产业化。
项目成果“物理紧耦合人机系统关键技术及其应用”获得2017年吴文俊人工智能科技进步一等奖。

如何搜索IEEE、IFAC举办的著名国际会议和期刊并投稿？在国外访问期间，有幸与美方教授合作，撰写过数篇IEEE国际会议论文，并向Energy Conversion, IEEE Transactions on投稿一篇并有幸被录用，同时也有一两次帮教授审IEEE期刊稿子的经历，有一点点心得体会，希望与各位同事分享。
IEEE会议和期刊投稿登陆IEEE如下网址，可以按照时间、举办地点、主办分会等各种分类方法搜索IEEE举办的各种国际会议，从中选择拟参加的会议撰写论文投稿。
如此可以做到有的放矢，每年为自己提前规划1-2次国内、外的重要国际会议，增进国际、国内学术交流。

第十届ICRMS’2014（广州）国际学术会议将由中国电子学会等七家学会联合主办，工信部电子五所承办，于2014年8月6-8日在中国广州白云山国际会议中心举行。
预计会议规模（到会人数）约500余人，其中：国内嘉宾300多人，境外嘉宾约100余人，主要有国内和世界各地RMS领域的专家学者、大学教授、工程技术人员参加。
大会将发表（收录）论文300余篇，其中：被组委会选定作大会交流的论文将由IEEE收录，并进EI检索。

航空航天类会议
国内及国外会议美国导航学会(ION) 国际会议ION 是美国导航学会( Inst itute of Navig atio n) 的字头缩写简称, 美国导航学会成立于1945 年, 是一个致力于推进导航科学和技术发展的非赢利性组织。
它服务于对航天、航空、航海、陆地导航等感兴趣的各种组织及个人。
虽然ION 是一个美国的学术组织, 但其会员遍布世界各地, 它也是隶属于国际导航协会的组织。
自1988 年起, ION 每年都举办GPS 年会, 每次年会都吸引了世界各国各行业的GPS 专家参会。
会上除有涉及美国的GPS 政策、GPS 系统的现状和未来的发展趋势、GPS 应用的理论和实践、GPS 用户设备和软件开发的最新进展等方面的众多论文发表外, 也有世界各国和各地区组织的新的导航系统及其发展情况的介绍, 还有各GPS 软硬件生产厂商新产品的展示。

【摘要】预定于2014年6月27日至30日在沈阳召开的全球智能控制与自动化大会（WCICA）是在中国召开的每两年一次的重要国际会议。
经会议录用的论文
将由IEEE出版，EI检索。
该会议由中国两院院士宋健、美国哈佛大学教授何毓琦和美国华盛顿大学教授谈自忠共同发起，旨在为全球从事智能控制和自动化的专家、学者和工程技术人员提供一个交流的平台。
自1993年8月第1届会议在北京召
开以来，已先后在合肥、西安、上海、大连和重庆等地举办了10届，成为该学术领域在中国举行的最高规格的国际会议。

中国计算机学会CCF推荐国际学术期刊会议（最新版）中国计算机学会推荐国际学术期刊会议2014年12⽉，中国计算机学会（CCF）启动新⼀轮《中国计算机学会推荐国际学术会议和期刊⽬录》（简称“⽬录”）更新⼯作，本次更新的原则是：在2013年1⽉发布的“⽬录”（第三版）的基础上进⾏微调，⼗个领域保持不变，但适当修正个别领域本次“⽬录”更新⼯作分为三个阶段完成：提议受理阶段，领域责任专家（或专家组）审议和推荐阶段，以及终审专家组投票表决阶段。
根据CCF的授权和⼯作安排，整个“⽬录”更新⼯作由CCF学术⼯委主持并组织CCF专家完成。
同时，CCF学术⼯委还本次修订共收到经由23个CCF专业委员会提交的135份更新提议，在审议过程中，CCF学术⼯委充分尊重这些建议，对每⼀条建议均进⾏了认真的研究。
对于那些有事实依据和充分论证的建议，给予采纳。
在确定《⽬录》的过程中，既考虑了会议和刊必须指出的是，本《⽬录》是CCF认为值得计算机界研究者们发表研究成果的⼀个推荐列表，其⽬的不是作为学术评价的（唯⼀）依据，⽽仅作为CCF的推荐建议供业界参考，因此不建议任何单位将此《⽬录》简单作为学术评价的依据。
如果由于将此次《⽬录》修订⼯作是CCF学者共同努⼒的结果，期间得到国内外众多专家学者的⽀持，许多专家提出了很多宝贵的建议并提供了很多相关的客观数据，在此致以诚挚的谢意。
