10–Safety Chain Open 安全链断开刹车程序: 199偏航程序:50报警程序:1是否自复位:是原因:安全链中的某个继电器断开致使安全链断开,通常这是出现了严重错误。

解决方法:检查故障并修复故障,然后人工复位。

13–Manual Stop 手动停止刹车程序: 50偏航程序:0 报警程序:0是否自复位:否原因:在塔底或机舱的手动停止开关被按下。

解决方法:手动停止开关需要手动释放。

23–Repeating error 状态重复出现出错刹车程序: 50偏航程序:0报警程序:1是否自复位:否原因:状态码31、113、114、205、220、230、260、261、779、937、938、1223、1224、1336、1338、1409、1413、1511、1512、1513、1539、1555、1557、1558、1559、1689、1715、2295、2296、2297、2412、2413重复出现次数超过设定围。

解决方法:30–Nacelle temp. 机舱温度报警刹车程序: 0偏航程序:0 报警程序:0是否自复位:是原因:机舱温度过高,温度高于Set Stat. 30 xxx °C p. 23-6。

解决方法:检查输入3.2#71、温度传感器是否损坏或者安装不要太靠近加热器。

SL1500风机故障处理1、轮毂故障•(1)、滑环故障•Err019 SS-11 轮毂驱动/SS-11: Hub drives•Err049 变桨1驱动错误/Pitch 1 drive error•故障原因:滑环烧损或运行过久导致接触问题•工具:大号活板子及开口、帮扎带、手电、钳子、偏口钳子、+、-螺丝刀、内六角、新的滑环。

•处理过程:停风机,远程禁止,登机维护检查,一般需更换新的滑环。

•注意事项:花环接线及排线、及设备重量防止坠落。

(2)、变浆故障•Err031 变桨1通讯/Communication pitch1•Err034 SS-3: 三个叶片错误/SS-2: 制动时转速超速/SS-2: over speed rotor for brake•Err035 SS-3: 三个叶片错误/SS-3: All three blades error •故障原因:变浆接线盒有断线或变浆传感器损坏•工具:焊锡和电烙铁、万用表、螺丝刀、导线、钳子、偏口钳、内六角、新的变浆传感器。

•处理过程:停风机,远程禁止,登机维护检查,用万用表测量导线,及相应的传感器。

•注意事项:轮毂作业一定要拍急停(2个以上)。

并交代机舱内人员不得对轮毂进行任何操作。

(3)、桨叶卡死•Err049 变桨1驱动错误/Pitch 1 drive error•(1)故障原因:通过计算机发现桨叶卡死,不能顺桨,变浆力矩值过大(>30),登机检查发现电机没坏。

•工具:绳子、杠杆、活板子、大扳手、润滑油、力矩扳手及液压站。

•处理过程:停风机,远程禁止,登机维护检查,进入轮毂后,观察电机与桨叶之间的齿轮齿合程度,检查是否缺油,并检查变浆螺栓是否松动。

如果电机和变浆齿轮卡死,则人为的将其扶正,如果不是齿合问题,则对桨叶进行维护,重启风机,检测,正常,则启动风机。

•2)故障原因:通过计算机发现桨叶卡死,不能顺桨,变浆力矩值为零,登机检查发现电机损坏。

华锐风机常见故障处理方法2014 年故障代码:7、偏航变频器版本错误故障现象:软件参数设置故障处理方法:调试初期出现,调试运行后一般不再出现.方案1修改PLC程序中参数DemYawVer为控制面板上显示的偏航版本号。

结论1 :修改后,重新启动控制柜,故障消除。

P.S有时断电重启即可。

故障代码:9、变频器版本错误故障现象:-------处理方法:方案1:此故障常出现在更换变频器以后•可向变频器写、读一次版本号(程序)。

结论1:参数错误,故障消除。

故障代码:11、熔丝熔断故障现象:PLC显示res002/00处理方法:方案1:更换整流桥和保险。

结论1:若只更换保险,还会烧保险,需全换故障代码:12、急停按钮故障现象:急停回路断开,风机紧急停止,制动器报死处理方法:方案1:直接复位结论1:急停没有复位;方案2:检查急停回路和复位回路,若故障能够复位,且时常发生,贝慄用排查的方法,将急停回路逐一短接,用排除法确定故障点。

结论2:急停回路有问题,如线虚,器件损坏(主要是浪涌保护器)等,更换为备用接线。

方案3:检查PILZ继电器A2接地是否良好。

故障代码:13SS- 5发电机超速故障现象:现象1:发电机转速不稳,波动很大。

现象2:转速Specon不时为0,新换编码器转速依旧为零,但晃动插头有时处会有转速。

处理方法:方案1:先校线,如无误,重新安装编码器,还不行则编码器坏,更换之。

结论1:线路无误,发电机编码器坏,更换后正常。

方案2:换发电机编码器线。

结论2:换后恢复正常(插紧就有转速显示)方案3:检查发电机编码器的轴与发电机的轴绝缘是否良好。

P.S否则变频器该测试板子(检查5V电源)有问题,更换之,正常。

故障代码:13/24(151)无转速故障现象:在风机运行时,高速时报故障处理方法:方案1:紧固轮毂滑环支撑杆。

结论1:滑环支撑杆松动;方案2:紧固发电机编码器及其接线,否则更换编码器。

结论2:发电机编码器有松动或者损坏。

在“快速停止”时,机械盘式制动器不予以使用。

叶片将以9o/秒或者2.6o/秒的速度回转至顺桨位置。

这个速度取决于发电机的状态和发电机的速度。

当发电机与电网断开时,并且发电机实际速度超过参数 FasStoSpe(1750rpm)时,变桨速度是9o/秒,否则变桨速度是2.6o/秒。

当发电机速度低于参数SpeErrGenOff(大约1200RPM),并且功率低于PowErrGenOff(大约30KW)时,或者发电机速度低于参数LimGenOff(大约1000RPM)时,则发电机与电网断开。

如果同时有另一个故障发生,并且该故障会导致另一种停止状态,则会以最高变桨速度执行停止状态。

如果一种停止状态时机械制动器能起作用,则制动器会独立于其他能起作用的停止状态而起作用。

李旺成常见故障处理方法总结一、风机报YAWSTA:S10—Red right Poserrdem:565故障现象:故障菜单没有故障,风机主菜单处于S10状态不变。

处理方法:向左偏航即可消除。

二、风机报(78)故障一般是无法自动消除的,做完(crowbar)测试之后故障才能消除。

三、风机频繁报(13,24)故障,处理方法是,更换发动机编码器,检查发电机编码器线路及编码器的紧固情况。

四、(24)变频器故障,加防冻液,这个故障主要是由于缺少防冻液引起的。

防冻液缺少时也会报变频器故障。

五、风机报(153,158,152,13,34)故障,检查发动机编码器紧固情况及接线情况。

必要时更换编码器或者编码器线。

六、发电机转速过低(151)更换发电机编码器。

七、齿轮箱断路器—高速泵(144)更换接触器,更换空开后如果故障还是无法消除时就需要更换齿轮箱油泵电机或者更换花键。

八、变频器故障无法复位(4)变频器复位超时,此故障一般断电重启后即可消除。

九、风机频繁报功率变频器错误(24)用绝缘胶带包变频器直流母排,此故障一般即可消除,当无法消除时就需要更换变频器。

十、(23)变频器没有连接到CAN总线故障,故障分析:经常报23号故障,检查变频器到光电转换器之间的接线,检查光纤,怀疑为主站问题建议更换主站处理方法:更换PLC主站。

拆除原有的主站前,照好照片,防止发生接线错误。

更换主站后不再报23号故障十一、需要更换齿轮箱滤芯,风机正常可以运行,在油菜单下显示Oil prehig error 说明滤芯脏,电机压力太大,更换滤芯后正常。

1500KW机组报警等级和复位等级说明1. 状态码处理下表列出了状态码的关机程序(按由低到高的优先级)。

系统将保持最高优先级的关机程序作为最高报警状态。

如果有更高级别的关机程序触发,则系统将自动转变为更高级别的关机程序,系统将保持当前的关机程序一段延时。

一旦定时器延时计时触发,系统即进入更高级别的关机程序。

标识名称描述RL 记录报警当报警发生或清除时,该报警信息被写入状态码日志,无别的动作。

RW 报警与RL类似。

RI 禁止动作风机不会关机,但也不会重启。

RN 正常关机控制器将进入正常关机状态,除非有更高级别的关机程序发生。

RG 电网故障关机控制器将进入电网故障关机状态,除非有更高级别的关机程序发生。

RF 快速关机控制器将进入快速关机状态,除非有更高级别的关机程序发生。

液压油在加压状态会造成危险。

1. 在开始对液压系统工作之前,关闭液压装置,释放系统压力;2. 不要堵住冷空气进入液压装置的通道。

坝头风电场风力发电机组常见故障及处理坝头风电场地处河北省张北县,由中国水电顾问集团风电张北有限公司负责经营、管理,一期工程安装33台华锐SL1500型风力发电机组和33台东汽FD77B型风力发电机组。

风电场首台风力发电机组于2010年4月30日并网发电,8月29日全部风力发电机组通过240小时考核。

经过经过近9个月的运行,风机运行情况趋于稳定,每月可利用率在95%以上,现对风机结构及常见故障分析如下:1、风力发电机组结构(SL1500)风力发电机组可分为叶轮、机舱和塔筒三大部分。

叶轮分为:叶片、轮毂、变桨系统机舱分为:齿轮箱、减噪装置、制动联轴装置、变频柜、发电机、水冷装置、风速仪、偏航系统东汽风机变频柜位于塔基,其他结构与华锐风机基本相同。

2、风力发电机组常见故障及处理风力发电机组故障总体分为硬件故障和软件故障、机械故障和电气故障、控制电气故障又可分为传感器故障或电气柜内联动互锁保护故障或控制程序紊乱和程序互锁及保护故障。

风机的大部分故障都可以进行远程复位控制和自动复位控制。

如复位不成功则必须到现场对风机进行检查消缺。

2.1、变桨系统故障2.1.1华锐风机变桨系统故障一般有两种情况:(1)单只叶片报变桨驱动或变桨通讯故障;这种情况下,一般检查该叶片的变桨系统,若为驱动故障,一般用手动变桨控制盒外接在该叶片的控制柜上进行手动变桨,并清理变桨齿圈上的杂物后可恢复正常,若手动无法驱动时,则有可能是该叶片变桨电机或变桨控制系统(传感器、供电模块)损坏或松动,需要进行测量和检查后确定故障部件,然后进行紧固或更换处理。

(2)3只叶片同时报出变桨驱动或变桨通讯故障,此时3只叶片的变桨控制系统同时损坏的可能性比较小,一般是由于变桨齿圈紧固力矩过大、滑环、滑环线、变桨变频器或是PLC故障引起的,我们就需要进行重新打变桨齿圈力矩、检查滑环是否松动损坏,滑环线是否通畅,变桨变频器和PLC指示灯是否正常等工作,如各部位均正常,且频繁同时报变桨类故障则有可能是变桨齿圈变形所致,此时就需要更换轮毂。
