这类函电的核心在于简洁、清晰、礼貌,必须让对方感到尊重,又不能啰嗦浪费时间。

你不可能给人家发一堆废话,毕竟别人也不是什么闲人,对吧?不管对方是谁,想让对方马上明白你的意图,问到点子上,才能提高回复的速度。

这就像你去超市买东西,不会让售货员等你站在货架前傻傻地想半天,然后才开口问:“嗯…这个是什么呀?”你一开口就得“直奔主题”,让对方知道你需要什么,甚至不要让人等你开口太久。

咱们得先确定问的是什么。

你可不能随便开口就问:“嘿,你那儿有没有卖鞋的呀?”有点尴尬是不是?如果你是采购员,想买鞋,问鞋子的材质、款式、价格、付款方式、运输方式等等,这些细节一定得清晰明了。

不然对方一下子听不懂,也会耽误时间,最后影响整个采购流程。

特别是像你想了解价格,必须要明确自己需要的数量。

否则“问价”这件事简直就像给别人丢了一个迷糊球,人家根本没法准确回答你。

举个例子吧,你不可能对人家说:“哦,我想买点货。

”人家心里一阵懵,什么货?多少货?大小怎么选?付款方式是怎么考虑的?这些问题一堆堆的,最终大家都在自己堆成山的疑问中迷失了。

问得清楚之后,下面就要看你的用词了。

大家都知道,尊重人家是最重要的。

虽然你很急着想得到信息,但是千万不要用语气过于生硬。

你要让对方觉得你既有礼貌,又不拖沓。

比如你可以开头先说:“尊敬的先生/女士,您好!”这样的开场既显得礼貌,又不会给人压迫感。

接下来可以简单介绍自己:“我是XX公司负责采购的XX。

”别让人一看邮件就觉得哎呀,来了个陌生人,急得像火烧屁股一样。

你得做到让别人舒服,但又不拖泥带水。

然后就可以问问题了。

比如你想了解价格,首先要明确自己要的产品种类,之后直接开口说:“我们对贵公司生产的XX产品非常感兴趣,能否提供更多关于该产品的价格、最低订购量及付款方式的信息?”千万别急着附上好几段废话让人困惑。
