能在应届生毕业网打广告招聘的基本都是大企业。

而大企业在求职的时候绕不过去的一道坎是——网申?网申填写基本信息,上传简历还好应付,但是最头疼的莫过于碰到的开放性问题了。

大家请不要忽视开放性问题,以为随便回答就可以,其实这已经是HR设置的第一道筛选关卡了。

那么这些公司为什么要在网申上设置开放性问题呢?开放性题目是为了刷掉那些连公司软性要求都不达标的人大公司如宝洁,联合利华,每年的秋招都会收到超过几万份的简历。

普通的网申可以将硬性条件不符合的同学筛掉(如非211,985学校,英语没有过4级,6级)。

但是其实还有一些基本面,我称之为软性要求:如价值观,文化,性格特点是否和公司吻合是很那从硬性条件中展现出来的。

假如为了考察这些软性要求又要特意安排一场面试的话,那么耗费的人力物力实在太大,所以某些公司会在网申中设置一些开放性题目,将那些回答不符合公司基本面的同学筛掉,进一步缩减获得面试机会的同学。

所以网申和开放性题目就是一个漏斗,帮助HR进一步地筛选符合要求的人才。

2开放性问题主要考察的4大点那么开放性问题到底考察哪几个软性要求?1职业规划(Career Objective) HR最看重一个人的是什么?首位不是个人能力,而是稳定性,即假如我招这个人进来,他到底能否稳定地在公司发展。

假如我花了那么多的人力物力招了一个有能力的人,但是进来公司半年后就离职,这样的不稳定性是HR最不想要的。

所以至少HR想从职业规划问题里面知道,你是否真的想清楚了要来我们公司,未来是如何规划你的职业生涯的。

After two weeks’ discussion I found that R had many creative ideas in problem solving, C was native English speaker and good at writing commands, R was skilled in computer programming, and I could correct and explain details quickly. As a leader, I always listened to every teammate’s word and arrange the work with respect to their personality. I also collected ideas from all group members and updated our progress to our tutor. We argued about different methods several times, these arguments improved our program. Finally our group received very high mark, and we had forged lovely friendship.In my sophomore year, I took part in an Intellectual Property Knowledge Contest with my friends who share the same interest as mine, and I was the team leader. Thanks to our hard work, finally we won the championship and were well received by the judges. Here are the key factors to this success:(1)We work together: My teammates and I had come to an agreement from day onethat we should look at the big picture and think what is best for the team. I distributed the work according to everyone’s specialty after I discussed with them individually. Then we spent a lot of time together talking over the topic of our presentation and what business cases we should cite. Although we were exhausted at the end of each day, we trusted each other and believed all hard work would pay off. (2)We respect the individual: On my team, Zeng is good at collecting data; Chen is skilled in designing PowerPoint show; Wang is expert in writing reports, while I am quick thinking and good at giving presentations. However, we did have disagreements on some key matters, for example, our presentation aimed to illustrate the importance of intellectual property by comparing two well-known companies, and this was what we differed about, there were several options such as Huawei, Samsung, Motorola, Qualcomm, etc. I proposed that consulting with a professional is the best approach since lots of professors live near school. We did so and it turned out to be a right action to take. As a leader, I listened carefully to everyone’s opinions and respected their personalities a lot. 对于这类题,回答有一个基本思路,就是“ star ”原则。

s=situation , t = target ,a = action , r = result 。

你完成某事或者做出某决定是在怎样的背景下,当时你具有怎样的资源,面临怎样的问题、事情或者决定最终的目标是什么;你是如何行动的( 利用资源、克服困难、解决突发状况等等) ;最后的结果是什么。

如果是失败的事例,那么结果之后你还需要分析失败的原因,并总结你得到的经验教训。
