渣打银行面试系列之三!面试由于岳父大人身体不适住院,所以内子和岳母大人带着孩子回西安了。
周四上午把他们送到机场,回到家已经是下午1点了,而跟MS Qi约的时间是下午2点。
所以换了个衣服,吃了个馒头,就出发了。
往车站走的时候,颇有点英勇就义时奔赴刑场的感觉。
到渣打的时候刚好2点。
MS Qi看上去还算不错,不是那种特别职业化的女人。
我最讨厌特别职业化的女人面试我,因为特别压抑。
到了会议室,让我特别开心的是那个Qi mm开口说的是中文,就我的简历上的工作经验问了一些问题,包括公司主要提供的效劳内容、我主要的工作内容之类的,我一一作了老老实实的答复,当然了,会时不时的提一下银行、金融之类的字眼。
聊了20分钟,还算比拟顺利。
接下来,MS Qi说,在渣打工作,对英文的要求还是相当高的,问我英文水平如何。
我老实作答,说读写应该问题不大,但因为假设干年不用英文对话,所以口语可能不流利,不能象汉语这样应用自如。
Qi mm说,没有关系,相信在渣打工作个半年之后,英语口语可以提高到比拟流利的水平上来。
这句话给了我很大的鼓励,反正无所谓了,所以就放开了,等着Qi mm让我用英文作个自我介绍之类的(因为之前我稍微准备了一下英文自我介绍的内容)。
但Qi mm让我做的不是自我介绍,而是最后一段工作内容的介绍。
于是我用我的broken English开始介绍我在新华信的工作内容。
期间2次卡壳,Qi mm都很自然的用英语帮我把我的意思表达了出来。
虽然Qi mm可能已经认为我的英文水平不行,但在她的帮助下我顺利完成了最后一段工作内容的介绍,从内心里还是很感谢她的。

首先,说一下网申。
我个人认为渣打的网申我做的还是比较认真的,尤其是他的oq,他家的网申非常人性化,不会让你做无用功。
即,只有成功过了一关才能进入下一个环节。
一共分三部分。
第一是两组性格测试,并且题量还比较大。
他会对一些性格进行反复的询问,这样可以防止你说谎。
如果你的答案前后不一,那他们肯定认为你是在故意说谎了。
第二是shl题,他的numberical题是比较难的,我个人认为比kp、hsbc的难,我觉得做得不是很好,但还是勉强的过了。
成功过了第二关后就是open question,三个oq。
有一个是问你你对自己申请岗位的理解,还有个人最成功的经理,另一个oq题目我记不得了。
如果oq也顺利通过的话,那么在第二天就会收到tracy的信告知你顺利通过网申并且要你等待电面。
我在网申以后大概半月才接到了他的电面预约电话。
今天下午进行了电面,面试官叫ling~他们的hr 有些像问卷调查,13-15个题目,他问你答。
他可以给你重复问题,但是不能回答你的任何疑问。
时间控制在30-40分钟。
我建议大家在回答完一个问题后,自己说that's all or thank you. 以免他没意识到你已经答完了而浪费时间。
基本每个问题的答案控制在2分钟左右,太长的话他会打断你同时也在浪费自己的时间。
