上海市民立中学学分制方案第一章总则1、为顺应“博雅教育”办学理念,充分体现学校“具有鲜明人文教育特色”为办学方向,更好地激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,发展学生的兴趣爱好,发挥学生良好个性特长,以培养具有更强创新精神和实践能力的民立学生,我们在课程管理与评价方式上探索部分课程学分制管理的新模式。
2、根据学校课程设置的特点,我们决定从自主选择性更明显的拓展型课程及研究型课程入手实施学分制管理。
作为共同素质基本要求的基础性课程此次暂不列入学分管理办法,以此鼓励学生根据自己的能力、个性和发展方向,选择不同的学习内容,从而促进潜能的开发和个性的健康发展。
3、基于本校特点,我们将学业考试成绩及学分修得情况作为评价学生学习过程的综合依据。
学分制是以学分为计算单位,计算学生学习量的标准,它是以取得必要的最低学分作为毕业标准的教学管理制度。
学校要求学生在限定时间内,在一定的学习领域获得一定的学分,并通过思想品德、组织纪律、行为规范等方面的综合考核合格,以及参与上海市中学生学业水平考试达到合格标准,方准予毕业。
4、学生的学分按照课程的不同,分为拓展型课学分、研究型课学分与德育课程学分三大类。
第二章拓展型课程学分5、就我校的具体情况来说,是以整个高中年级(主要是高一、高二)为学段,根据各门课程的周授课时数授予学分(假定拓展型课程一学期为9周,9课时为1分),如果考核通过,就可以取得该学科的基本学分。
6、拓展型课程分为限定性拓展及自主拓展课程。
本校与复旦中文系合作的“国学经典导读”作为“博雅特色课程”是本校高中生必修,列为限定性拓展课程,时间选择不限。
本校作为游泳传统特色校,“游泳”也作为每个高中生必选的限定性拓展课程,必须得到相应学分。
高二第二学期拓展课为高三分科作辅导,“升学辅导”亦作为限定拓展,科目由学生自选,若要做调整可在9周后提出申请。
7、本校已有校本课程大致分成语言与文学、数学、人文与社会、科学、艺术、体育与健康等学习领域,要求学生在两学年中必须在每个领域修得至少1个学分,选课顺序由学生自主决定,时间由学生自由安排,此作为自主拓展课程。

顾亦君老师事迹材料顾亦君老师是一名从事中学教育工作的青年共产党员,一年来她担任初高中政治教学、班主任工作、大队辅导员及团委书记工作,一直以来工作兢兢业业,认真负责。
一、团委工作顾老师担任学校团委工作以来,学校的“青春辉映夕阳红——团支部假期慰问退休教师”工作做的有声有色:青春辉映夕阳红活动是学校团委的一项特色活动,以访问学校退休老教师的形式开展,每年的寒暑假组织初、高中同学们组织开展这一活动。
初、高中年级分别以班级及团支部形式开展访问。
在寒暑假放假前,顾老师都会整理好退休教师的联系方式并和团支部确定走访的老教师,并且提前开好会议,向各个团支部介绍各位退休老师的情况。
在这一活动中,在访问的过程中,同学们与老教师畅聊民立的过去与现在,并和老师们聊了许多在学习上和生活上的问题与困惑,老师们一一耐心解答,并给予同学们许多建议和帮助,使同学们受益匪浅。

选举的组织工作在大会主席团领导下进行。
2.大会选举采取无记名投票直接差额选举的方式进行。
3.大会有选举权的到会人数超过应到会人数的五分之四方可进行选举。
收回选票数等于或小于发出票,选举有效;收回选票数多于发出选票,选举无效,由大会主席团重新组织选举。
4.采用一张选票同时选举的方式选举产生。
在获得超过实到会且有选举权的代表半数的造成票,才算当选。
如果实际选出人数不足应选名额时,大会按第一次选举的得票数多少有序确定候选人,以补足委员的缺额。
5.选举按参加选举的实际到会正式代表数生效。
每张选票所选人数等于或少于规定应选人数的方为有效票,多于规定应选人数的为废票。
正式代表对选票中所到候选人如赞成,在选票的候选人姓名下方的方框内打“〇”。
不赞成打“╳”。
弃权则不书写任何符号。
符号要准确,字迹清楚。
涂改、符号字迹不清或用非规定符号表示的,作为废票处理。
6.大会选举工作设监票人3人,计票人3人,唱票人3人。
监票人、计票人、唱票人应从非候选人中选出。
监票人对选举工作的全过程实行监察。
7.投票开始时,监票人、计票人、唱票人、主席团成员先投票,然后其他代表在选举工作人员指导下依次投票。
计票结果由监票人宣布。

两年的工作中,我们学生会始终对校园工作保持着高度认真负责的态度。
如今,校园生活在学生会的带领下呈现出一片制度严谨,丰富多彩的灿烂景色!一、积极探索、工作制度日益优化1.完善制度工作透明我校学生会着力于规范常规工作,不断改进、不断完善,不断做到“规范化、周到化、细致化”,力争实现从“活动型”向“管理型”过渡。
两年来,为配合这一举措,我们尝试一些新的工作方式,并取得一定成效。
2.加强意识发现自我不断摸索有效的学生干部培养机制。
学生干部是校园活动和学校学生管理的积极组织者和主要参与者,承担着自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的重要责任,是连结教师和学生的桥梁和纽带,同时也影响着自身的发展和成长。
学校在学生干部培养上往往存在重“使用”轻“培训”的问题。
学生会在这一问题上不断尝试。
在9月的团委学生会干事招新时,团委学生会结合学生特长,从80多名报名者中,精益求精挑出了30多位干事。
做到每位部长负责培训1到5名干事。
从基本工作到工作策划到活动联系人,干事们在部长的引导下,逐渐领悟团委学生会工作,部长们为下一届团委学生会的成立做了充足培训。
对于团委学生会干部,我们坚持定期召开例会,进行阶段总结,反馈、反思行之有效的经验或可以避免问题,及时地对工作中的不足及优点提出肯定、意见或建议。
并坚持部长间多向沟通,共同讨论各项工作,相互学习,共同进步。
年末时,团委书记举办了一个小型庆祝会议,帮助部长们梳理工作、认识自我,以更高的效率、更大的热情投入新一年的工作。
3.齐头并进共处和谐我们学生会坚信:高中生已经具备相当的思维能力,而反思更是不可或缺的环节,应及时收集反馈信息并总结、分析成败得失。
工作经历通过反思才能真正成为工作经验。
如何增强工作团队的凝聚力,也是我们思考的问题。
300办公室就成为一个良好的载体,暑假中,新一任的团委学生会成员,便买来了装饰墙面的贴纸,进行了300工作室的改造工作,并制定了办公室午间值班制度、清理制度。
每日的值班人员都由2名部长及2名干事组成,30分钟的值班,为部长与干事之间的了解提供了良好的契机。
团委学生会在300开会、工作、讨论,使这间小小的办公室里充满着活力。
也让每一个身处这个空间的人感受到“家”的温暖,使我们这个团队凝聚的更紧密,力量更强大。
二、创新活动,营造博雅校园文化一直以来,学生会始终以学生的发展为本,力求通过开展丰富的校园活动,培养学生的自我创新和发展能力。
回首两年的工作,我们的脑海中总有一片天空是属于同学们在校园活动中的欢声笑语。
1.宣传阵地共同分享我校有着橱窗、海报、展板、警示牌等平面宣传工具;滚动的大屏幕承载着校园新闻,我校同时有着强有力的校园数字化平台以及大队报建设,即及时网络更新学校的动态,与大家一起分享校园点滴。
殷夫广场、地下的民防角和校史馆、一楼的音乐沙龙、三楼的视听角、自助图书廊,四楼的民族角、裴多菲塑像角……幽静博雅的校园环境更是推动了许多活动。
这些强大的宣传阵地,优质的校园资源,提供了开展创新活动的基础与原动力。
民立电视台通过数字化平台,一如既往地播出“每周预告”节目,本学期,每周预告并入了周二、周四的午会课,有了更充裕的时间展现精彩校园里的精彩生活。
同时每次活动的花絮视频都由电视台的同学们一手制作,为同学们打造了丰富多彩的视听享受。
他们并利用学校电子屏幕、展板等公共设施,滚动播出各项活动信息和通知,及时反映最新的校园动态,也拉近了团委学生会与同学们之间的距离。
每周一我们通过电视平台为同学们打造丰富多彩的升旗仪式。
书香系列、感动中国人物系列、迎世博系列……诸多系列的升旗仪式,使同学们在欣赏的同时,懂得了更多的知识。
自助图书廊设立至今已有五年多,设立之初大家关于是否能够长期运作的担心,如今已被证明是多余的。
在团委学生会不懈的宣传、动员和组织下,图书廊越来越得到全校师生的支持。
捐书日已固定在每月第一个周四,如今又越来越多的人能来关注这个小小的,充满着信任与分享的图书廊。
同学们驻足聆听,倾心阅读,积极参与。
同时,我校团委学生会在每周升旗仪式上都为大家推出一本自助图书廊的好书,“好书推荐”这一栏目也成为每周一大家期待的一档节目。
上学期我校开展了N项活动展示。
以培养我们民立学子“勤学以致博,笃行而达雅”的综合素养为目的,以多种活动为主线,以活动中的体验和收获为落实点,力图探索一条符合静安区特点的独特的推进博雅教育的新型道路。
学校希望给我们创造一个空间一些机会,让我们多去走走、去看看、去参与、去实践,每一次丰富独特的经历就是一笔沉甸甸的宝贵财富。
团委学生会通过各种宣传途径,展示着我校N项活动的开展成果。
橱窗、数字化屏幕、展板……都充盈着同学们在N项活动中的身影。
2.四大节日打造品牌去年10月,我校举行了体育节。
与往年不同的是,本次体育节,加入了三对三年级篮球循环赛、五人制乒乓球团体赛、预备,初一篮下计时投篮比赛的赛事。
其中,三对三的年级篮球循环赛是体育节重要赛事活动之一,得到学生们的青睐,能和自己年级中各班篮球队切磋球艺,交流球艺,是同学们盼望已久的事情。
