实验课导尿法

一、评估

1、核对医嘱核对医嘱、床号、姓名、导尿目的。

2、评估患者

（1）全身情况病情、治疗、用药情况等。

（2）局部情况膀胱是否充盈。

（3）心理状况有无焦虑、恐惧心理。

（4）健康知识对导尿知识的了解程度。

3、评估环境符合导尿要求，保护患者隐私，关门窗、关床帘。

4、评估用物无菌导尿包、会阴消毒包、治疗卡、无菌手套、便盆、络合碘

5、操作者自身评估着装符合要求，穿戴整齐。

二、计划

1、预期目标

（1）患者舒适，尿潴留解除，对操作满意。

（2）患者理解导尿目的，主动配合，无不良反应发生。
