[摘要]深部高应力巷道的支护方法是目前的工程难点问题。中平能化集团十二矿31010己15煤层皮带巷和回风巷埋深超过1000m ,同时将承受上部保护层开采的动压作用,巷道稳定性不易控制。首先通过地应力测试和围岩松动圈测试,得知巷道为高地应力环境下大松动圈巷道;之后通过三维数值计算分析,获得了上部保护层开采过程中下部巷道的矿压显现规律,

得知巷道将受到高应力动压作用。针对此巷道高应力动压特点采用卸压让压以及高强锚索的联合支护方法,即在围岩卸压让压的基础上采用高强锚索进行加强支护,同时采用单体柱进行局部临时加强支护。现场工业试验结果说明卸压让压以及高强锚索组成的联合支护系统可用于深部高应力动压巷道的稳定性控制。

Abstract :The pulley roadway and return airway of the Twelvth Mining of Pingdingshan Colliery Group Co.,Ltd.in the 31010area are buried at more than 1000meters deep.And they are subjected to the dynamic pressure of the protection seam mining.By testing ,they were found to be the deep roadway in soft rock with high stress level dynamic pressure ,for which the supporting scheme should be specially designed.The level of dynamic pressure was obtained by three-dimensional numerical calculation.And with respect to the characteristics of the dynamic pressure ,a combined support technology with pressure release and high strength rock bolts were used.Single columns were used locally to provide temporary support at extremely vulnerable locations.The field monitoring data shows that the pressure release method combined with the use of high strength rock bolts can successfully maintain the stability of the roadway in soft rock with high stress level dynamic pressure.

为突出,其以大变形、高地压、难支护的特点一直受到岩石力学及地下工程界的普遍关注

普遍采用加大支护密度、锚架联合支护、围岩注浆加固等方式来增加支护强度,力求减少巷道使用过程中的破坏变形量。但实施锚注支护的前提是全断面喷浆封闭,而对采区巷道不能实施喷浆封闭的情况下无法采用锚注支护技术。
