(一) 高级复制1. 查看是否具备高级复制功能首先,数据库要具备高级复制功能(用system身份登录数据库,查看v$option视图,如果其中Advanced replication为TRUE,则支持高级复制功能;否则不支持)。

When a requisition is placed, an encumbrance is automaticallycreated per each line of the transaction. This commits the funds to be used for the specificpurpose designated on the requisition. As items are received against a requisition, wedisencumber the amount against the encumbrance balance. Items can be partially or fullyreceived and directly impact the total encumbrance balance. A Budget to Actual report can berun to showcase the commits or encumbrances balance. Encumbrance information can alsobe shown on dashboard portlets.Approval Rule AssistantApproval Rule Assistant within NetSuite for GovernmentNetSuite for Government provides a user-friendly tool that enables administrators the abilityto create requisition approval workflows without any needed scripting or coding. Approvalworkflows can be created by Fund, Department, Account, and/or Amount to route to theproper employee role. This allows organizations to create specific approval routing rulesquickly and easily for their organization. These can be as simple or detailed as theorganization requires and can be easily maintained by non-technical resources. Contract ManagementContract Management within NetSuite for GovernmentContract Management is used to track basic information about the contracts which theorganization has entered into. It can be used to track information like the contract type,agreement type, and other basic contract related details. It also allows the organization totrack funding details associated with the contract.Vendors - Disadvantaged Business EnterprisesDisadvantage Business Enterprises within NetSuite for GovernmentGovernment entities often want to track their spending to Disadvantage Business Enterprises(DBE) and see their spending activity across categories of these types of Vendors. Employees may also use the time tracking module to entertheir time into the weekly timesheet, or view and approve/reject timesheets for theirsubordinates.6Time TrackingTime Tracking within NetSuite for GovernmentThe NetSuite for Government Time Tracking feature enables the employee or a timekeeper toenter employee time in the weekly timesheet form. Employees can be employed in multiplepositions and track time for each position using an unlimited number of client defined hourcodes in order to calculate and track the correct rate of pay and classify the hours worked.Approval workflows can be utilized so that a timekeeper or supervisor can review and eitherapprove or reject timecard entries. E-mail notifications can be automated to alert employeesof timecard status changes. Time Entry Review reports can be used to proof timecard hoursprior to calculating payroll. 《国家信息化领导小组关于加强信息安全保障工作的意见》(中办发[2003]27号,以下简称"27号文件")明确要求我国信息安全保障工作实行等级保护制度,提出"抓紧建立信息安全等级保护制度,制定信息安全等级保护的管理办法和技术指南"。

2004年9月发布的《关于信息安全等级保护工作的实施意见》(公通字[2004]66号,以下简称"66号文件")进一步强调了开展信息安全等级保护工作的重要意义,规定了实施信息安全等级保护制度的原则、内容、职责分工、基本要求和实施计划,部署了实施信息安全等级保护工作的操作办法。
