感光胶配方（多类型感光胶配方）感光胶一般可分为耐溶剂型和耐水型两种。

耐溶剂型感光胶，可耐各种有机溶剂，适用于油性油墨的印刷；耐水型感光胶，适用于水性油墨(水溶性印刷涂料，如纺织品印花色浆)的印刷，前者网版可以脱膜回收；后者一般不能脱膜回收。

专用耐水性感光胶有尼龙感光胶和重氮感光胶等。

用户必须根据承印对象，参照有关说明书选择使用适当的感光胶。

感光胶是用于直接法制版的丝印制版感光材料，还可分为单液型和双液型。

单液型感光胶在生产时已将感光剂加入乳胶中，使用时不需配制即可涂布；双液型感光胶在使用前要先将感光剂按配方说明溶释，然后再分散混合于乳胶中，消泡后方可涂布。

感光胶的型号、品种繁多，生产厂家的配方也不尽一致，选用时可根据承印物要求，参照产品说明书适当选择。

1.重铬酸盐感光胶。

此类感光胶的感光剂为重铬酸铵，成膜剂为水溶性高分子物质，如明胶、PVA及PVAC+PVA等。

此类感光胶可以自行配制，典型配方如下：①明胶感光胶配方明胶16g柠檬酸0.5g重铬酸铵 4.5g氨水3ml水70ml此胶的材料来源方便、价廉、水显影容易。

但胶液易冻、涂布不强、湿强度差、清晰性差，且日久会脆裂。

因此逐步被合成高分子材料所替代。

②PVA感光胶配方甲液：PVA(1788) 50g十二烷基磺酸钠 0.5g水400ml乙液：重铬酸铵6g水50ml配方中十二烷基磺酸钠为分散剂。

PVA的聚合度为1200～1700，皂化度为88%，能兼顾到版膜强度和显影性能。

此胶较明胶的制版操作方便，版膜质量也有所提高。

缺点是分辨力低，耐水性差，受湿度影响大。

③PVA+PVAC感光胶配方甲液： PVA(1788) 40g十二烷基磺酸钠0.5g冰醋酸 4.0ml水250ml乙液：重铬酸铵5g水30mlPVAC乳液 40ml曙红少量配方中冰醋酸可加速PVA溶解，改善显影；PVAC乳液的加入能提高版膜的粘网力和耐水性。

此胶的特点是各种耐抗性均有一定的提高。

重铬酸盐型感光胶是使用时间较长并得到广泛利用的一种丝网印刷感光胶，这种感光胶具有以下特点；光谱的光敏度在370～530mm之间；感光胶膜层可按比例进行光敏化；可选用任何一种光源进行晒版；曝光时间比较短；价格比较便宜。

ITO镀膜玻璃是一种非常成熟的产品,具有透过率高,膜层牢固,导电性好等特点,初期曾应用于光伏电池的前电极。

但随着光吸收性能要求的提高,TCO玻璃必须具备提高光散射的能力,而ITO镀膜很难做到这一点,并且激光刻蚀性能也较差。

铟为稀有元素,在自然界中贮存量少,价格较高。

ITO应用于太阳能电池时在等离子体中不够稳定,因此目前ITO镀膜已非光伏电池主流的电极玻璃。

SnO2(二氧化锡)镀膜也简称FTO,目前主要是用于生产建筑用Low-E玻璃。

其导电性能比ITO略差,但具有成本相对较低,激光刻蚀容易,光学性能适宜等优点。

通过对普通Low-E的生产技术进行升级改进,制造出了导电性比普通Low-E好,并且带有雾度的产品。

利用这一技术生产的TCO玻璃已经成为薄膜光伏电池的主流产品。

氧化锌基薄膜的研究进展迅速,材料性能已可与ITO相比拟,结构为六方纤锌矿型。

一、丝网印刷对感光材料的基本要求1.丝印制版对感光材料的要求。

丝印制版对感光材料的要求是：制版性好，如便于涂布；有适当的感光光谱范围，一般宜在340~440mm，感光波长过长，制版操作和印版贮存需在严格的暗室条件，波长过短，光源的选择、人员的防护将变得较为困难；感光度高，可达到节能、快速制版的目的；显影性能好，分辨力高；稳定性好，便于贮存，减少浪费；经济、卫生、无毒、无公害。

二、丝印感光材料的发展感光胶(又称感光乳胶)和感光源(又称菲林膜)都是当前国内外丝印界普遍使用的感光材料。

感光胶或膜一般以明胶、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、尼龙等作为基体，采用重铬酸盐和重氮盐为光敏剂。

由于重铬酸盐含有6价铬离子，对人体有毒害，易造成公害，同时还具有暗反应快，只能随配随用(一般为二天之内)的缺点，现在已开始被新型重氮盐感光胶剂(膜)所代替。

重氮盐系感光材料解像力高，制版图像清晰，光敏剂混入乳胶中可长期使用(室温下23个月)，耐印力高，且无毒、无污染，因此有很好的推广和使用价值。

感光胶一般分为单液型和双液型两种。

单液型感光胶在生产时将感光剂混入乳液型和双液型两种。

单液型感光胶在生产时将感光剂混入乳胶中，使用时无需要配制即可涂布；双液型感光胶使用前需首先将光敏剂按配方水溶，然后再混溶于乳胶中充分搅拌，放置1～2小时，待气泡消失后使用。

早期的感光胶以明胶(骨胶)为基体，本身无光敏作用，加入重铬酸盐后，具有感光性能，遇光固化，胶体发生交联。

但是，这种胶体交联固化后，遇水还会缓慢膨胀，长期浸水仍能溶解，长期存放又会干裂发脆，因此已逐步为PVA(聚乙烯醇)感光胶所替代。

PVQ感光胶主体是聚乙烯醇，感光剂大都采用重铬酸盐。
