邵阳学院学生学籍管理规定第一章总则第一条为全面贯彻党的教育方针，维护学校正常教育教学秩序，保障学生合法权益,树立勤奋、严谨、求实、创新的学风，规范学籍管理，提高教育教学质量，培养德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，根据《中华人民共和国教育法》《中华人民共和国高等教育法》《普通高等学校学生管理规定》等法律法规，结合我校实际，制定本规定。
第二条本规定适用于我校普通高等教育全日制本科、专科(高职)学生。
第二章入学与注册第三条按国家招生规定录取的新生，持《邵阳学院新生录取通知书》，按学校有关要求和规定的期限到校办理入学手续。
因故不能按期入学者，应向学校招生就业处办理相关手续，并附原单位或所在街道、乡镇证明（因病请假需有县级及以上医院证明）。
请假一般不得超过两周。
未请假或者请假逾期的，除因不可抗力等正当事由以外，视为放弃入学资格。
第四条学校在报到时对新生入学资格进行初步审查，审查合格的办理入学手续，予以注册学籍；审查发现新生的录取通知、考生信息等证明材料，与本人实际情况不符，或者有其他违反国家招生考试规定情形的，取消入学资格。
第五条新生可以申请保留入学资格一年。
保留入学资格期间不具有学籍。
保留入学资格期满可向学校申请入学，学校审查合格后，办理入学手续。
审查不合格的，取消入学资格；逾期不办理入学手续且未有因不可抗力延迟等正当理由的，视为放弃入学资格。

第六条学生入学后，学校在3个月内，由招生就业处组织各院按照国家招生规定进行复查。

湖南专升本招生计划2023年我省开展普通高校专升本考试招生工作的本科高校为全省部分省属本科高校和独立学院，湖南师范大学、湘潭大学根据有关规定不参与专升本招生。
招生本科高校一共有48所。
目前全省2023年专升本招生计划及各校招生计划还没有确定，预计不会低于上年。

邵阳学院２019年“专升本”工作方案根据《省普通“专升本”工作实施办法》（湘教发〔2018〕1号）《认真做好2018年“专升本"生源择优推荐工作的》(湘教通〔20１8〕１14号）以及《邵阳学院“专升本”工作实施办法》文件精神,我校２01９年从省内高校普通专科应届毕业生中选拔优秀学生进入普通本科三年级学习,在我校本科专业修满两年（本科学制为五年的专业修满三年),修完本科教学计划规定的学业，达到毕业要求的，颁发本科;达到国家及学校学位授予要求的,同时授予学士学位。
为确保此项工作顺利进行，特制定本方案。
一、组织机构学校成立“专升本”工作领导小组，负责审核“专升本"工作方案，商议、决策“专升本”工作中的重大问题．“专升本"工作办公室设在教务处,负责处理日常事务。

因成绩不合格而降过级的应届毕业生不得推荐。
２019年，我校组织的“专升本”选拔考试的录取比例控制在各本科接收专业实际参考人数的20％以内（缺考学生不计入录取基数），且录取总人数不超过２０0人。
三、选拔条件推荐参加我校“专升本"选拔考试的学生需同时满足以下条件：(一)遵守国家和法律、法规；(二）遵守学校章程和规章制度；（三)德、智、体、美全面;（四）各课程平均成绩排名进入本专业应届毕业生总数的前20%（以该课程初次考试或考核的成绩为准），若人数不足的,人数可放宽到本专业毕业生总数的2０%,因成绩不合格而降过级的应届毕业生不得推荐；(五）非英语专业(艺体类专业除外)学生必须在进入专科阶段就读并取得有效学籍之后，至当年３月底以前获得《高等学校英语应用能力考试》（）证书或全国大学英语四级考试成绩达到４２５分及以上;(六）在校期间没有受到记过及以上纪律处分。

五答题技巧：1辨析题的中心话题多是考试大纲中的重点、难点或容易发生要求的内容，其观点分析进行，考生解答时往往容易。

考生答题时要先明确认真分析，然后再进行书写。

2.论述题的考核比较灵活，不限于书本知识结构。
考生答题时不仅要思路明晰，而且要全面展开，先把理论阐明，再联系实际作相应陈述。
若给出一定的文本材料，考生要加大注意文本，尽量顺应考核定文本的表达方式和风格，并适当引用文本中的语言作答。
考生解答分析论述题要能体现自己扎实的理论修养和相对独简介观点，这一阶段要查漏补缺，对大纲知识点进行地毯式温故和学习。
要注重对整体知识结构的把握以及对乃至的运用，把考核和答题结合起来，提高自己分析问题和解决问题的能力，要科学的模考实战训练，做到心中有数。

依据大纲把过的知识点再回顾一遍，重点复习以前的内容。
