本单元阅读部分是一篇游记“在旅途中看加拿大”，两位女孩李黛玉与刘茜沿着从西向东的旅游路线向我们介绍了加拿大的面积、地貌、主要城市、人口、生态环境等。

我运用多媒体和学生搜索材料主动参与学习相结合，设计了表格、问答题、画路线题和信息整理题。
这不仅提高学生的阅读技巧，也教会学生怎样处理不同的阅读问题。
1)、情感态度：通过了解其他国家了解世界,扩大学生的知识面,培养学生开放的世界观。
