内容摘要:科学技术的快速发展不仅改变了我们的生活,也开始逐渐变革传统的商务模式,互联网的迅猛发展催生了一个新的商业模式——电子商务,电子商务的出现对于改进我们的生活有巨大的促进作用,它便利了我们生活的方方面面,有了电子商务,人们可以足不出户在互联网上购买来自全球各地的商品,可以使用电子优惠劵以优惠价格去商店购买商品,企业也可以利用电子商务进行线上交易,电子商务的出现极大的促进了商务的发展,尤其对于小企业而言,电子商务帮助企业扩大了商品销售范围和获取客户的渠道,企业不必再在全国或全球范围内各地设立实体网店,只需利用一个好的电子商务平台便可将商品销往全国甚至全世界,这极大的降低了企业扩大销售范围的成本。然而,任何事物都是一把双刃剑,随着电子商务的深入发展,其弊端也不断显现出来,电子商务信用问题就尤为明显,因为我国特殊的国情,民众普遍素养不高,经济发展速度快,贫富差距越来越明显,造成越来越多的电子商务从业者为了获取个人利益而违背信用,这给人们的生命和财产会造成巨大损失。本就就电子商务信用问题进行深入研究,对电子商务信用问题的原因、现状、意义等进行深度剖析,并根据现实情况给出了解决电子商务信用问题的对策,只要较好的及时处理了电子商务信用问题,电子商务的发展才会更好、更快,才能更好的为人民服务。

Abstract:The rapid development of science and technology has not only changed our life, also began to gradually change the traditional business model, the rapid development of the Internet has created a new business model -- electronic commerce, electronic commerce emerged for the improvement of our life has a huge role in promoting, which facilitate all aspects of our lives, have electronic commerce, people can remain within doors to buy goods from all over the world on the Internet, can use the electronic coupon at preferential prices to the store to buy goods, enterprises can also make online transactions using the electronic commerce, e-commerce has greatly promoted the development of Commerce, especially for small businesses, helping enterprises to expand the electronic commerce commodity sales and customer acquisition channel, the

enterprises do not have to set the entity shop in national or global world, only need to use a good e-commerce platform will be goods sold to the country and around the world, this greatly reduces the cost of enterprises to expand sales scope. However, everything is a double-edged sword, with the further development of e-commerce, its disadvantages are also constantly emerge, credit problems of e-commerce is very obvious, because of the special situation of our country, widespread literacy is not high, the economic development speed, the gap between rich and poor is more and more obvious, electronic business practitioners caused more and more violation of credit in order to obtain personal interests, to the people's lives and property caused great loss. The credit problems of e-commerce in-depth study, reason of credit problem, the status of e-commerce, the significance of in-depth analysis, and the countermeasures to solve the credit problems of e-commerce are given according to the reality, as long as the timely processing of the e-commerce credit problems, better, faster development will of electronic commerce, in order to better to serve the people.
