中英文80个质量术语
1、质量 quality一组固有特性满足要求的程度。
注1:术语“质量”可使用形容词,如:差、好或优秀来修饰。
注2:“固有的”,(其反义是“赋予的”)就是指本来就有的,尤其是那种永久的特性。
2、要求 requirement明示的、通常隐含的或必须履行的需求或期望。
注1:“通常隐含”是指组织、顾客和其他相关方的惯例或一般做法,所考虑的需求或期望是不言而喻的。
注2:特定要求可使用限定词表示,如产品要求、质量管理要求、顾客要求。
注3:规定要求是经明示的要求,如:在文件中阐明。
注4:要求可由不同的相关方提出。
注5:本定义与ISO/IEC导则第2部分;2004的3.12.1中给出的定义不同。
3、等级 grade对功能用途相同的产品、过程或体系所做的不同质量要求的分类或分级。
示例:飞机的舱级和宾馆的等级分类。
注:在确定质量要求时,等级通常是规定的。
4、顾客满意 customer satisfaction顾客对其要求已被满足程度的感受。
注1:顾客抱怨是一种满意程度低的最常见的表达方式,但没有抱怨并不一定表明顾客很满意。
注2:即使规定的顾客要求符合顾客的愿望并得到满足,也不一定确保顾客很满意。
5、能力 capability组织、体系或过程实现产品并使其满足要求的本领。
注:GB/T 3358中确定了统计领域中过程能力术语。
6、能力 competence经证实的应用知识和技能的本领。
注1:在本标准中,所定义的能力的概念是通用的。
在ISO其他的文件中,本词汇的使用可能更加具体。
注2:在GB/T 19000族标准中,术语能力(capability)特指组织、体系或过程的“能力”,而能力(competence)则特指人员的“能力”。
7、体系(系统)system相互关联或相互作用的一组要素。
8、管理体系 management system建立方针和目标并实现这些目标的体系。
注:一个组织的管理体系可包括若干个不同的管理体系,如质量管理体系财务管理体系或环境管理体系。
