本大纲根据“海船系泊及航行试验通则”GB/T3471——1995 编写，讨论稿经 船东、船厂、设计部门讨论定稿，船厂、船检批准执行。
This program is written according to “general regulation of dock and sea trial of ships at Sea” GB/T3471——1995. it is approved for carrying out by shipyard and surveyor with the agreement of owner,shipyard and design department.
7. 负载试验 在试验中，根据船厂质检部门给出的形式表，每隔 15 分钟记录发电机和柴油
机的参数。 试验应连续进行。在此过程中如果停止不多于 15 分钟，乃可认为是连续的。
7.Load test
During the test record the parameters of prime mover and generator at interval 15 minutes in accordance with the form giver by shipyard’s QC Department.

9.调速器试验 当发电机以额定电压，频率和负载运行。 突然卸去额定功率，测量和记录瞬时及稳定转速值。 然后突然加上 70%的额定负载，稳定后再加上剩余的 30%的额定负载。测量和 记录瞬时及稳定转速值，试验 2 次。
9.Governor test When the generator set is running at rated voltage. Frequency and load. The rated power
a) Between stator winding and earth. b) Between space heater and earth. c) Between cable from emergency switchboard to emergency generator and earth. d) Between external cable of auto start/stop panel and earth. e) Between external cable of charging/discharging panel of E/G starting battery and earth.
The test is carried out continuously. And it deems stills to be continuous if there is any stop not more than 15 minutes in the course of test.

Under loading conditions, measure and record the power voltage, frequency and current values. The static voltage regulation should be with in ±3.5% of the rated voltage. This is:

4. Starting test is cold state. (1) Start test and start fail alarm test with the first power source (battery). a) Start diesel generator set in cold state with battery continuously not less than 3 times (with manual operation on start/stop panel). b) Make diesel generator fail to start 3 times by cutting off F.O. supply and giving warning by the “START FAILURE” lamp on start/stop panel.

recovers to supply, emergency generator SW. trips at once and indicting lamp of “emer. Gen. Bus is off”. The generator set will delayed stop automatically.
While starting the generator set check the function of charging/ discharging panel of emergency generator battery.
Start the generator with hand hydraulic power pump unit on the engine not less than three times within thirty minutes.

试验后的各顶指标应满足 CCS2001《钢质海船入级与建造规范》、2004《船 舶与海上设施法定检验规则》及相关规范。
After test, each guideline to be complied with 《Rules For Classification And Construction of Steel Ships》of CCS (2001) 、(2004《) Regulation of Statutory Survey for Ships at Sea》and relative regulation.
