2022年全国新高考二卷英语作文续写范文

2022年全国新高考二卷英语作文续写范文Gaokao Exam Prompt: Some people believe that in order to protect the environment, we should establish more laws and regulations. Others argue that instead of having more rules, we should advocate for environmental protection through education. Discuss both views and give your opinion. My Continuation:Hi there! My name is Lily and I'm 8 years old. I go to Sunshine Elementary School. For the essay part of the test, we were asked to talk about protecting the environment. Should we have more laws and rules? Or should we teach people about being green through schools and stuff? I have some thoughts I'd like to share!First off, I think having laws can be a good idea. Like at my school, we have a rule that you can't litter or you get detention. That seems to work pretty well. The playground always looks clean because nobody wants to get in trouble. So if there were laws about not polluting the air or water, maybe people and companies wouldn't do it as much since they could get fined or punished. My dad says there are already laws like that but maybe they need to be stronger. However, I'm not super sure that more laws and rules is the full answer. Even with the no-littering rule, some kids still break it sometimes when teachers aren't looking. You can't have police officers watching everybody all the time! Plus, laws are kind of confusing with all the fine print. My mom is a lawyer and her books are super thick and boring. What might work better is teaching people why it's so important to protect the environment. In my science class, we learned all about how pollution and garbage can hurt animals and make people sick. We even went on a field trip to a recycling plant and saw how they reuse things instead of throwing them away. After that field trip, I started bugging my parents to compost our fruit peels and recycle bottles and cans. I don't litter anymore because I know where it can end up and how it might hurt a cute turtle or something. Education helped me change my ways!At the same time, not everybody gets to go on those field trips or have science class. My older brother Billy doesn't seem to care at all about being green. He leaves lights on, wastes water, and he doesn't recycle. So maybe education alone isn't enough either. You need some kind of rule or consequence to get kids like him to change their bad habits. So in my opinion, the best solution is to have BOTH education programs and laws/rules about pollution and protecting the environment. The education part is important because it gets people to understand why it matters. Like they could teach kids at school, but also have commercials on TV, bin with facts on them, museum exhibits, and more. That allows people to learn from an early age why we need to treasure our earth and resources. Videos of polluted landscapes or beached dolphins could really pull on the heart strings. But then once people know better, there also need to be laws and rules they have to follow with consequences if they Don't. Like if you litter in certain places, you get a huge fine. Or companies that pollute too much get charged a big fee and maybe get shut down if they keep doing it. You need a bit of force because some people sadly just don't care enough unless you make them. Those are my thoughts! We gotta take care of our planet because it's the only one we've got. Both teaching the WHY and making sure there are rules with teeth seem like the way to go in my book. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk! Now I've got to run, my mom is calling me in for dinner. I'm hoping we're havingveggie stir fry tonight instead of hamburgers. Those cows create a lot of greenhouse gas emissions you know. Okay, bye!。

In your last letter you talked about low carbon life. Now I’d like to share my understanding of it and my experience in the past few months. With the environment problem coming into attention, it is extremely important that we take action to protect our planet. As more people are determined to make a difference, low carbon lifestyle provides us with the perfect opportunity to do it. Interestingly, our school called on students to develop a low carbon lifestyle and become a responsible citizen several months ago. In response to the appeal, I have made some changes in my way of life, which ranges from transportation to water saving. For example, instead of asking my parents to drive me to school, I take a bus to and from school. just like my schoolmates, I now refuse to use disposable chopsticks. At home, I even persuade my parents to reuse water, even though it is not so convenient. TV and computer are important entertainment for my family, but we sometimes read instead, which, I think, may help relieve the shortage of electricity.I’m really glad to communicate with you about this topic.

1Title: Our Exciting AdventureHi everyone! I'm back again with a new story to tell you about our exciting adventure during the school trip. So, after our class visited the Science Museum, we went on a hiking trip to the nearby mountain. It was super cool and super fun!First, we had to put on our hiking boots and backpacks. We also brought some snacks and water because we knew that hiking would make us tired and hungry. Then, our teacher led us to the starting point of the trail. The mountain looked tall and huge, but we were all so excited to climb it.As we started walking up the trail, we saw lots of beautiful flowers and trees. Some of us even saw animals like birds and squirrels. We stopped to take pictures and admire the view. It was so nice to be surrounded by nature and fresh air.As we continued hiking, the trail got steeper and harder. But we encouraged each other and helped each other out. We sangsongs and played games to keep our spirits up. Finally, after a few hours of hiking, we reached the top of the mountain. The view was amazing! We could see the whole city from up there. It was like we were on top of the world. After taking a rest and eating our snacks, we started hiking back down the mountain. It was much easier going down, but we were all so tired from the long hike. When we reached the bottom, we were all sweaty and dirty, but we were also happy and proud of ourselves for completing the hike.I can't wait for our next adventure! Hiking is so much fun and I hope we get to do it again soon. Thanks for reading my story, see you next time!篇2Title: My Adventure in the ForestHi everyone! My name is Amy and I want to tell you about the exciting adventure I had in the forest last weekend. It all started when my best friend Lucy and I decided to go explore the forest near our neighborhood. We packed some sandwiches, drinks, and our trusty backpacks and set off on our adventure. As we walked deeper into the forest, we saw all kinds of amazing creatures and plants. We spotted colorful butterflies fluttering around, squirrels playing in the trees, and even a cute little bunny hopping along the path. We also found some interesting mushrooms and flowers that we had never seen before.Suddenly, we heard a rustling in the bushes and saw a deer emerge from the trees. It was so majestic and beautiful, and we felt so lucky to have seen it up close. We stayed quiet and watched as it gracefully bounded away into the forest. After a while, we decided to take a break and have our picnic. We found a nice spot by a bubbling brook and sat down to eat our sandwiches. The sound of the water and the chirping of birds around us made the moment even more perfect. As we finished our lunch, we heard a loud roar coming from the distance. We looked at each other in fear, wondering what could be making such a sound. We decided to investigate and carefully followed the noise deeper into the forest. To our surprise, we stumbled upon a family of bears! They were playing and rolling around in the grass, completely oblivious to our presence. We watched in amazement as thecubs chased each other and the mother bear kept a watchful eye on them.We stayed hidden behind some bushes and observed the bears for a while before deciding it was time to head back home. The sun was starting to set, and we didn't want to be in the forest after dark.As we walked back towards our neighborhood, we couldn't stop talking about all the amazing things we had seen and experienced on our adventure. We knew that this would be a day we would never forget. In the end, our adventure in the forest taught us to appreciate the beauty of nature and the importance of exploring and discovering new things. We can't wait for our next adventure and all the wonderful experiences that await us.That's all for now, friends! Thanks for listening to my story. It was finally the day of the second part of the National College Entrance Examination, the most important exam of my life so far. After a quick breakfast, I gathered all my essentials and made my way to the examination center. The air was thick with anticipation and nerves, as thousands of students like me prepared to showcase our knowledge and skills in the English exam. As I took my seat and waited for the papers to be distributed, I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement and anxiety coursing through my veins. The first task was to write an essay on a given topic, and I carefully considered my options before putting pen to paper. I chose to write about the importance of global cooperation in addressing major challenges such as climate change and pandemics. Drawing on the knowledge I had acquired from years of studying English, I crafted a well-structured and persuasive argument that I hoped would impress the examiners.Next came the reading comprehension section, where we were tasked with analyzing a series of complex texts and answering questions about their content. I focused intently on each passage, making sure to fully understand the nuances of the language and the key ideas being presented. It was challenging, but I was determined to give it my best shot. The listening section was next, and I put on my headphones and listened carefully to the recordings. The speakers had various accents and spoke at different speeds, making it a test of not just my listening skills but also my ability to quickly process information and respond accurately. As the exam drew to a close, I felt a mix of relief and satisfaction. I had given it my all, and now all that was left was to wait for the results. Regardless of the outcome, I knew that I had worked hard and that this exam was just one step on my journey to achieving my dreams. In the days that followed, I tried to keep myself busy to distract from the anxiety of waiting. I immersed myself in my studies, spent time with friends and family, and even picked up a new hobby to pass the time. But no matter what I did, the thought of the exam results lingered in the back of my mind like a shadow. Finally, the day arrived when the results were announced. I logged onto the exam portal and held my breath as I inputted my information. The screen loaded, and there it was - my score, my ticket to the future. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that I had exceeded my expectations and achieved a score that would open doors to top universities across the country.Relief washed over me like a wave, followed by a sense of pride and accomplishment. All those years of hard work and dedication had paid off, and I was one step closer to realizing my dreams of higher education and a bright future. As I looked ahead to the next chapter of my life, I knew that I was ready to face whatever challenges came my way, armed with the knowledge and skills I had gained from the National College Entrance Examination. In the end, the exam was not just a test of my academic abilities, but also a test of my resilience, determination, and perseverance. It had pushed me to my limits and beyond, but in the process, it had helped me grow and evolve into a better version of myself. And for that, I would always be grateful.篇3Title: Continuing the Story of the 2022 National College Entrance Examination (II) English CompositionAs the clock ticked away, Jennifer continued to work diligently on the remaining questions of the English examination. 【参考范文】As can be seen from the picture,a big family get together to have a big dinner. But when they sit down to table, the young just bury themselves in playing with their cellphones, totally ignoring their parents, who feel very lonely and sad. There is no doubt that cellphones have a negative effect on our lives. Heavy use of cellphones actually widens the distance between teenagers and their elders, leaving the elders more lonely. Worse still, addition to cellphones might also leads to teenagers’ poor performance at school, which adds to elders’ worries. As far as I’m concerned, it’s necessary to limit the time we spend using cellphones. And I think it important to communicate with our family members face to face, which helps build a harmonious family atmosphere.书面表达训练假如你是李华,今年暑假你将参与“英国名校两周游”夏令营,方案7月份在London逗留三天(7月16-18日),住在Wellington Hotel。
