匿名:我记得看到过一篇对mJJcn的站长Keen采访的报道中提到曾经他寄给过#mJ#本人一些会员活动照片什么的。结果迈是这么让助手回应站长的:”iseethebeautyinchinesepeople'seyes,iloveyou.”注意迈用的是chinesepeople,我不晓得他的这个beauty具体指什么,可能是中山行,好客朴素的村民给他留下的影响,或是其他什么许多事情有感而发,但是各位博友有没有觉得现在这种美丽的东西正在远去,正在消逝。我们是时候该唤醒它们了。就像maninthemirror里唱到的:ifyouwannamaketheworldabetterplace,takealookatyourselfandthenmakeachange.让我们一起去改变,改变一些可以被我们改变的东西吧!
最近,李宁公司推出了新标识和新口号。原口号anythingispossible有克隆阿迪达斯impossibleisnothing的嫌疑,新口号为makeThechange。在激烈竞争的国际市场,模仿和山寨是没有出路的,创新才是制胜的法宝。这句新口号让我想起了甘地的那句名言Bethechangeyouwanttoseeintheworld。

能否富二代,这是中国民企共同面对的挑战,更是李宁所面临的一大战略课题。在品牌依存度极高且时尚元素一向都是品牌内核的运动装行业,唯有抓住新生代,品牌才能实现富二代。李宁换标,可谓是恰逢其时。其战略用意首先是完成“老树新芽”的品牌纵向递进,其次才是国际化的横向拓展。
创新的“创”字,就是仓库里的一把刀。创新就是用这把刀来“砍”人:一砍自己,完成浴火重生的涅槃。二砍别人:给予对手更强有力的攻击。创新始终都是危险与机遇并存的过程。巧合的是,李宁的新标真的颇像一把刀。换标能否达成战略预期,除了新标是否能被市场认可,更重要的还是流程再造与战略重组。

“makeThechange”成为了李宁的品牌新口号,将会在市场推广中替代“一切皆有可能”。李宁品牌的口号自从90年代起,经过了数次变化,其中的“出
色源于本色”、“把精彩留给自己”至今也都不能说是退出了历史舞台,因此消费者所担心的“一切皆有可能”会不会销声匿迹,潭友店认为不会。“源于全新的品牌宣言,体现了从敢想到敢为的进化,鼓励每个人敢于求变、勇于突破,是对新一代创造者发出的呼告号召。”李宁公司品牌负责人表示。此外,李宁品牌新标识不但传承了经典Ln的视觉资产,还抽象了李宁原创的“李宁交叉”动作,又以“人”字形来诠释运动价值观。李宁公司品牌负责人解释称:“鼓励每个人透过运动表达自我、实现自我。新的标识线条更利落,廓形更硬朗,更富动感和力量感。”
上Hale Waihona Puke 攻下可守核心市场集中于二、三线城市,核心消费群年龄日趋老化,上有阿迪、耐克的打压,下有安踏、361°和特步等品牌的追击,这是李宁品牌的市场现实。进军一线城市,开拓新生代消费群,是李宁的出路所在。
这一点与非常可乐的境遇非常雷同。遗憾的是,非常可乐至今没有找到突破一线城市年轻消费群的钥匙。可乐本是一种洋文化,非常可乐的根本出路在于“洋化”,而非主打”喜庆、团圆”这样的中国牌。Futureinhand—Futurecola!这样的诉求显然更能打动“80后”、“90后”。相反,可口可乐主打中国文化牌却是聪明之举。
李宁之前的老LoGo“一切皆有可能”是一种心态,一种境界,厚而稳,但缺少锋芒与力量,正如30~45岁年龄的老成;makethechange则是一种选择,一种行动,力而锐,正如“90后”新生代。“一切皆有可能”诠释的是“思者无疆”,makethechange倡导的是“行者有路”。
